Jubilee Park Caravan Site is a hidden gem nestled in the rich woodland areas of Lincolnshire, offering a delightful retreat for nature lovers and families alike. The site is strategically located just a short stroll from the centre of Woodhall Spa village, encompassing 10 acres of splendid ornamental gardens, a charming bandstand, and a host of recreational amenities.
The caravan site boasts a variety of accommodation options catering to diverse preferences. The grass pitches, equipped with electrical hook-up points, provide a serene camping experience. For those seeking a longer stay, these pitches accommodate a maximum of 5 nights. Meanwhile, hard-standing pitches, either gravel-only or with concrete strips for driving onto, offer additional comfort. These pitches also feature electrical hook-up points and water and waste/chemical toilet disposal areas.
For a more premium experience, the hard-standing fully serviced pitches provide the utmost convenience with gravel and concrete strips, an electrical hook-up point, and on-pitch water point and grey wastewater disposal.
Large tent pitches on a gravel base are available for those who prefer traditional camping. These pitches can accommodate tents up to 10 x 6 meters and include a 10amp electric hook-up. Non-serviced tent pitches on grass are also an option, situated 100 meters away from the shower and toilet block. Additionally, the rally field may be utilized, offering around 30 non-serviced pitches with a maximum 5-night stay.
Jubilee Park's facilities are designed to enhance the overall experience of visitors. The highlight is the heated outdoor swimming and paddling pool, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. A fitness suite, offering exercise classes, is available for those inclined towards maintaining an active lifestyle. Other amenities include a play park, tennis courts, a café open daily during the high season, and a toilet and shower block, ensuring convenience and comfort.
The park is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs per pitch, provided they are kept on a lead no longer than 2 meters. Additional facilities encompass washing up areas, baby change and wash zones, laundry facilities, hairdryers in the ladies' washroom, and charge lockers.
Surrounded by the picturesque landscape of Lincolnshire, Woodhall Spa is ideally situated, with historic Lincoln a mere 20 minutes away. The city boasts a magnificent cathedral and castle, housing one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta signed by King John. On the other side, RAF Coningsby, just 10 minutes away, is home to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, featuring the last flying Lancaster Bomber in the UK, along with iconic Spitfires and Hurricanes.
With a newly renovated reception and changing facilities part of their latest development plan, Jubilee Park's commitment to bettering the site on an ongoing basis ensures that they can be confident in always providing the best possible experience for visitors.

A gravel pitch suitable for taking up to a maximum sized tent (including any annexes) of 10 x 6 meters.
These gravel pitches are just for tents and unlike our grass pitches you can stay for a maximum of 14 nights on these pitches. Pitching on gravel has one major advantage-No Mud.
All of these pitches are finished with round gravel. We do however recommend using an extra piece of tarp as a barrier between the gravel and your ground sheet just to make double sure, tents can be expensive so a cheap bit a tarp can put your mind at ease.
One thing that most people worry about is being able to peg it into the ground. We recommend investing in some hard ground pegs, which can be purchased on Amazon or any camping shop - we also try to keep some here to purchase if you forget to bring some with you. Most of the time normal tent pegs work fine!
Please note that if you arrive with a larger tent than 10 x 6 meters you won’t fit onto the pitch. We may not be able to accommodate you anywhere else so please check before booking.

This site was too busy for us at the height of the season so we returned mid September and found it a peaceful retreat with good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. We had a spacious and reasonably level pitch and the amenities were spotless. We enjoyed the swimming in the outdoor pool- booking required. Local shops and amenities very handy. Lovely wooded walks, Petwood hotel nearby a must see for Dambuster 617 Squadron memorabilia, beautiful gardens and delicious cake.
Stayed early September, nice and quiet site, spotless showers and toilet facilities, friendly helpful staff
We booked this site to meet up with some friends and it was a good choice. Plenty of space, good facilities and easy walk into Woodhall Spa. The facilities were clean, decent condition and the whole site felt safe. Woodhall Spa had a couple of good pubs, decent restaurants and cafés and a good bakery. The only snag from me is that you had to pitch your tent in a certain way. This meant that if, like us, were with friends, you couldn’t pitch next to each other I.e. closely facing each other. However, I do understand this is due to health and safety having the 6 meter rule. It was a great stay though.
I must repeat what I have said in previous reviews: The price structure is grossly unfair for a single traveler, on a motorcycle with a 2m x 2m tent. It cost me £123 for 3 nights (average £41 per night) I normally stay on sights that have 6 meters clearance between pitches. I realise that a lot of sights do not do this, but at Jubilee Park I was less than 3 metres from the next unit, which was a huge tent. That aside, I was happy with the facilities and the wardens were very pleasant. I like being close to the village. I attend the British Superbikes at Cadwell Park every year. I will probably book again, but remain a bit "miffed" about the price.
We were only staying one night but paid for 2 (not a problem) we had torrential rain in the morning. So my brother and sister in law who have a seasonal pitch at country park brought a gazebo. We were with our daughter and her husband who had traveled from Buckinghamshire. My brothers two boys and their families came also to have a picnic/ BBQ . We erected the gazebo only to be told 10 mins later this was not allowed!!!!!! When we asked they could give no good reason why . They said this was council rules ! The council don’t own it anymore.
We was staying in plot 104 for 2 nights but we ended up owing home Saturday morning there was lots of noise coming from another party who kept us awake till half 1 in the morning shouting laughing as they had been drinking all day kids was in the playground till after 1 in the morning which also was very load not acceptable as this ruined our stay we have been coming here for many years now kids playing football outside tents i await your reply
Reading several reviews about this site being strict was worrying before we arrived, but one of the reasons we picked the site is the enforced 10pm curfew, don't get me wrong I'm not a party popper, I just love a good night's eep especially when you are woken at 5am by tap dancing birds on your roof. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pitches are very generous but many people struggle to actually pitch sensibly in them (car, unit, awning people!) and just pitch their massive tent on the middle of the pitch and then look confused on where to put their car.The site is beautiful, clean, peaceful and enough to do on site for kids ranging from 7 to 15. The pool is well maintained, perfect temperature and the staff are very good at their jobs. Lifeguards are professional and clearly well trained. We loved the quieter evening sessions. Busy obviously in the day times but didn't feel overcrowded. The on park cafe is amazing!
Extremely rude staff especially the male warden totally uncalled for. Very disappointed with the pool facilitie as we paid for a FULL day bur at lunch we needed to go back to our tents let's kids warm up and eat some lunch including a baby and we was told we were not allowed to re enter if we left even with a stamp! Total waste of money. Toilet blocks near the rally field closed 5pm til 9am very inconvenient especially with young children, one of whom never made it to the main block which was much further away. We would not camp here again
The staff were friendly and helpful, the site is well kept and very clean. The facilities were very clean even late at night so very well done on that. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, the town is an easy walk with plenty of places to eat and drink.
Went as 4 adults and 5yo. Lovely play ground with lots of things to play on. Toilets/showers were immaculate at all times. A good sized plot so not on top of our neighbours. Lots of dogs but not much barking. Lovely pool and area but the weather wasn't for swimming. Lovely gardens with a cafe and a bandstand, a lovely peaceful walk round. We took the young one to the Kinema in the woods, such a lovely experience. A real vintage cinema with the curtains and organ. A magnum, cornetto, and calypo only cost me £5.50! it's no more than a ten minutes walk from the campsite. As is the village, book meals in advance or you will be disappointed. It's quaint and lovely with a few pubs. Tattershall (National Trust) is a 4 minute drive away with another NT place 30 minutes drive away. Shirley the warden was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We lovethat from 10pm all outside music stops and children need to be indoors. You can play music quietly in your vehicle or awning. 10/10 from us.
