Trentfield Farm is located on the banks of the River Trent in the quiet hamlet of Church Laneham. The campsite is ideal for visiting Sherwood Forest, The city of Lincoln, Sundown Adventureland and Clumber Park

A caravan and camping site near Lincoln, Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park & Sundown Adventureland. All just a short drive away from our idyllic camp site.

Camping here is an ideal base to visit the local area, Lincoln Cathedral is clearly visible from the site, and we are quite lucky the Red Arrows often practice over the farm. There are many attractions in the area, such as Sherwood Forest visitor centre, the beautiful Clumber Park, Doddington Hall and a little further away such as Nottingham & Creswell Crags.

Trentfield Farm accepts, tents, caravans, motorhome’s and VW campers. We have electrical hook up for those who require it, and 4 way pitches if you wish to camp with your friends in a group. We welcome BBQ’s but campfires & fire pits are not permitted.

The Park has flat level grass pitches, optional electrical hook ups, a modern amenity block as well as non communal family wash rooms, a recycling facility, and a large washing up area as well as a washing machine and tumble drier. We don’t have a shop on the park, but do have a vending machine for milk etc. We are also dog friendly.

Need electric for charging those gadgets? You don’t need to worry, we charge phones, ipads, laptops etc free of charge in the office.

Within a walk from the park are two pubs, the Ferry Boat Inn a 10 minute stroll down the tow path, and in the main village The Bee’s Knees, serving award winning ales. (It’s also famed for its gin library), both serving great food. We also have a nearby shop a short drive away, as well as a number of local take away’s that deliver to site.

The park is particularly attractive to those who enjoy walking and cycling, with miles of quiet roads, tracks and footpaths.

So if you are looking for an ideal base for camping or caravan site near Lincoln, Clumber Park or Sherwood forest, you are in the right place.

Arrived Friday evening, directed to our pitch, Told location of facilities, Rained heavy saturday night sunday thought my car wouldn't get caravan off field, owners told us when your ready i'll get your van off and he did plus help hitch it to my car. Great site Great people. Oh and visit bees knees..

Lovely location for a weekend of peace and quiet. Great pubs nearby serving local beers and good food. Ideal for dog walks and runs along the river and networks of foot paths. Access to the river is OK for kayaking and paddle boarding if you so wish.

Brilliant 1st weekend of the season, arrived at the and shown to our pitch, everything at hand ie water and hook up . Had a walk along the trent to the Ferry boat Inn under 10 minutes away. Great location for exploring the Trent Valley. Will definitely return

Excellent well maintained campsite, friendly helpful staff, toilets and showers are modern and kept spotless, the surroundings are really relaxing, its just a short walk along the riverside to a nice pub selling real ales and great quality food, I would definitely recommend staying at Trentfield Farm.
