We had picked a plot that we had used previously as we like the view and aren’t bothered with parked cars. However we were moved which has now put us off - I should have said something but after a long week working I just wanted to set u and chill. This has put us off re-booking somewhat
Relaxing environment lovely accommodation a nice getaway
We’ve been twice within the last month and we will definitely be returning soon the fishing ponds are great and it’s a really well looked after holiday park and it’s very good priced
Stayed in the rental static 3 nights. Fishing with my wife and elderly parents who also fish. All what was needed was included. Lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again. Hot tub was a nice touch also that we used one evening, again fully cleaned prior to our stay. One suggestion may be a ultra violet fly catcher, the weather being so warm that with the Widows And patio open at night there were many criters, alterative air con would meant we didn't need to keep the windows open. As I say great time and will be back. Thank you.
Really enjoyed our 2 nights camping . Shower block and toilets clean and fresh. Fishing was excellent would be better if we could have used a keepnet . But overall was really good value for money and we will come back again .
Toilet/shower block was a converted cabin, with 4 units inadequate to meet on site demand. 1 toilet blocked 1 basin leaking, with inadequate door locks and poor condition and cleanliness overall. Some touring pitches used by permanent residents. Overall tatty site.
Really enjoyed staying at hallcroft place is always clean staff are always friendly and helpful restaurant food is always great and good valve for money tackle shop has everything you need and much more I will be coming more often
Unisex toilets/showers, very few of them and absolutely filthy. Made to feel like an inconvenience on arrival, told our pack was outside , had to go back in and when we asked whereabouts we were to head, we were then told we might not be on the pitch we’d been allocated as she’d just told someone else to use any of the three (this in itself isn’t an issue - but would have been if we hadn’t questioned where to go as our pitch was gone)
Love hallcroft been going few years now when we just want to get away not far from home. Plenty of walks nature trails with cafe ,you can let your children run free. lovely park in town, plenty of shops and market days had an absolute amazing weekend with the sun shining pub and cafe onsite
