Tregroes caters for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes with roughly 30 pitches available and communal facilities which include toilets, showers, a washing up area, charging facilities and a chemical disposal point.
Here at Tregroes Touring and Camping Site, we also offer glamping for those who fancy a more luxurious camping experience.
You can enjoy a spacious geodome or cosy Glamping pod. All are fully equipped with everything you will need.
Guests are welcome to light up the barbie after a long days sight seeing, however if you fancy a night off, the on-site restaurant offers great home made food to eat in or takeaway - Tregroes was voted one of the “ best foody” campsites in the UK by The Times.
Dogs are more than welcome here at Tregroes and are sure to love the bountiful walking opportunities that surround the campsite including the 186 mile stretch of the coastal path, where guests are advised to keep their eyes open for the dolphins, seals and seabirds which can be seen along the way. Cycling, hiking, fishing, horse riding and golfing are all available in the nearby areas too as well as a variety of water sports activities including surfing, sailing, kayaking and diving!
If you're a history fan, you've definitely come to the right place! There are an abundance of beautiful historic sites and castles in this part of Wales including the 12th century abbey in the coastal town of St Dogmaels and the Pen-Rhiw burial chambers at Goodwick. The Garn Wen burial chamber in Fishguard, the cathedral at St Davids and the stone circles of the Preseli Hills are also well worth a look!

Great site very clean facilities, fantastic food and beer at restaurants, only 15 minutes walk to Fishguard
This campsite was conveniently located for the Fishguard ferry. The toilets / showers were clean and the pitches clearly laid out and well lit. Overall, it was a nice, dog friendly site. There are no kitchen facilities. We stayed in early September and were slightly disappointed that the on site restaurant was not open. We are aware that it's a family run site, so hopefully it wasn't a serious reason that it wasn't open.We were also slightly disappointed with our pitch, given the £30 pitch fee. We had booked to camp. While there were flat pitches on site, and the site was maybe 20% occupied, our assigned pitch was not flat. And there was no one on site to ask about moving. Again, maybe there was a reason that we were given that pitch. We would stay again, but we'd specifically ask for a flat pitch.
We took a short break as s family from Thursday until Sunday. This is our first time glamping, the Aderyn is lovely dome very well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped you have all you need for been outside but have a comfort close in hand. It's lovely to have a hot shower after the rainy day. Would have been nice to have grill to cook on open fire as on advert. There are few things which are need attention. When we arrived the dome is smells very mouldy, probably due to luck of ventilation and heating. The bedding covers on double bed didn't smell as fresh as single beds. The grey stone outside the dome needed to be moved back to cover the lining which is exposed and tripping hazard when walking to the entrance. The cooker need to be looked at, the flames can't be regulated properly you can have only on full meaning that the flames go outside the pan or low but then it's goes out. Probably this is due to the cooker is for natural gas but running butane so the jets are bigge
The pod was kept very clean and the kitchen/bathroom off to the side, marshmallows and roasting sticks on arrival was a very nice touch. Check in was simple and straight forward. Tregroes pantry on site was convenient and homely.
Great campsite withing walking distance of Fishguard and the harbour. The owners are helpful and approachable Showers are great and clean but sometimes at peak times water pressure is very low so get there earlyToilets are mostly clean but again water pressure does cause problems. Toiletries are usually plentiful but some campers appear to like to pinch the paper - whyWe generally camp in August and it can get busy
The site has a very easygoing atmosphere. Great onsite bar and restaurant, staff really helpful. Conveniently located, a 20 minute walk into Fishguard. Facilities are clean and plentiful. Look forward to returning.
Everything about this site is great. The surrounding areas are full of things to do. Great for couples of all ages and for children. We’ve been staying there for a number of years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Very good glamping pod with good facilities on site. Local town Fishguard very pleasant too.
First impression was that the glamping pods and cabins looked a bit run down from the outside, but maybe the wood jjust needs retreating. But overall, the site and the bar and the food was really good and the toilets and showers were fab, very modern. 3 lovely Aloacas on site too. Literally just under 30 minutes walk into Fishguard. Best pubs, The Riyal Oak and The Farmers Arms. Found out that there's lots of history to Fishguard. Worth a visit.
Nice site, easy sign-in, good sized pitches, good amenities block - fabulous showers ! The only negative was the lack of grey waste facilities for motorhomes (under construction / redevelopment).Fisguard centre some 20 minutes walk - Royal Oak did great food, and nice coffees at the 'Cove'
