Tregroes Caravan, Camping & Glamping Park

4.6 (81 reviews)

Tregroes Touring And Camping Site is a small, family friendly site, situated in the tranquil Pembrokeshire countryside just outside the coastal town of Fishguard and close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Search for availability Search for availability

Tregroes caters for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes with roughly 30 pitches available and communal facilities which include toilets, showers, a washing up area, charging facilities and a chemical disposal point.

Here at Tregroes Touring and Camping Site, we also offer glamping for those who fancy a more luxurious camping experience.

You can enjoy a spacious geodome or cosy Glamping pod. All are fully equipped with everything you will need.

Guests are welcome to light up the barbie after a long days sight seeing, however if you fancy a night off, the on-site restaurant offers great home made food to eat in or takeaway - Tregroes was voted one of the “ best foody” campsites in the UK by The Times.

Dogs are more than welcome here at Tregroes and are sure to love the bountiful walking opportunities that surround the campsite including the 186 mile stretch of the coastal path, where guests are advised to keep their eyes open for the dolphins, seals and seabirds which can be seen along the way. Cycling, hiking, fishing, horse riding and golfing are all available in the nearby areas too as well as a variety of water sports activities including surfing, sailing, kayaking and diving!

If you're a history fan, you've definitely come to the right place! There are an abundance of beautiful historic sites and castles in this part of Wales including the 12th century abbey in the coastal town of St Dogmaels and the Pen-Rhiw burial chambers at Goodwick. The Garn Wen burial chamber in Fishguard, the cathedral at St Davids and the stone circles of the Preseli Hills are also well worth a look!

Glamping at Its Best – So Grateful to Return

Basu, Arindam - 18/07/2025

We’re returning guests at Seren in Tregroes and couldn’t be happier! The glamping pod was spotless, warm, and so well-equipped — it’s the perfect escape. The peaceful surroundings and the friendly team make it feel like a true hidden gem in West Wales. Your restaurant Food is always absolutely great. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in comfort and nature!

Geodome was perfect, very comfortable.Kitchen and bathroom was fitting for the accommodation type.We enjoyed the pantry where we had a lovely evening meal and a couple of drinks, which we were able to take our dog with us (pet friendly).Would highly recommend and will definitely revisit this family run campsite.

Wow it was hot

Phillips-Harries, Steven - 17/07/2025

4

A lovely well kept and peaceful site. If you want to stay somewhere that has access to some lovely walks and scenery this is the place to go. The owners leave you to your devices however there is a lovely little bar and restaurant where the staff are more than happy to help. The only minor criticism is there were alot of dogs off leads.

C

Beautiful and relaxing

Cresswell, Tina - 16/07/2025

5

We stayed here for a week, 2nd visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our week, site is quiet and relaxed. Very friendly staff in the bar/ restaurant. Food lovely. Showers are beautiful and plenty of hot water. Toilet block clean and plenty of loo roll!! I like the way the pitches are marked by leaving the grass longer, such a good idea, keeping in with nature. Good size pitches, with wooden picnic tables per pitch, lovely touch. Your pitch details are pinned on the board ready for your arrival, no fuss booking in. We walked from site to Fishguard, approx 25mins, lovely marina walk to Goddwick. Plenty of attractions near by, one of our highlights was the Chapel at St Govans. A really lovely holiday Thankyou Tregroes 😊

S

Peaceful and just perfect

Selby, Martin - 08/07/2025

5

Lovely peaceful location. Dogs very welcome. Toilets and showers are cleaned every day and there is plenty of hot water. The bar/restaurant on site is quirky and very cosy and the food is very good and very reasonably priced. Washing up area clean and recycling bins organised and tidy. About a 20 minute walk into Fishguard, where there is a well stocked co-op, and 30 minute walk into Goodwick both via nearby dog friendly trails with stunning views and nature. A little hilly on the way back up though. Good location for travelling by car to surrounding areas of wales to sightsee. Check out the harbour cafe in Fishguard and the ship inn near to it. Also the Iron Age settlement was worth a visit. Had the most relaxing, chilled and quiet camping week with wild rabbits hoping around and met some lovely staff, locals and tourists. Everyone was so friendly! We have camped at a lot of places and in my opinion this was the best so far. Couldn't fault anything and we will definitely return
