Driving along the lane to the site, we knew it was going to be special. Quiet, tranquil and stunning location. Lodge was larger than expected and everything was as described on the website. Comfy beds and lounge area,. Everything you could need in the kitchen, including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Plenty of outside space with furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Broad Haven only few minutes away in the car. Overall a lovely space to get away from it all xx

The Perfect Holiday Retreat

Coombes, Sue & Jim - 04/07/2024

Timber Hill provides perfect holiday accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The lodges are clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Set in a secluded valley, they are ideal for families with children there being lots of places to roam and play within the site whilst being just a short way away from the most amazing sandy beaches. They are also within easy walking distance of the fabulous Pembrokeshire Coast Path, popular with walkers and ramblers. There is plenty to do in the local area and many excellent pubs and eating houses. We would thoroughly recommend Timber Hill.

Timber Hill is well signposted on the approach, there are pretty coastal views on the way. On arrival, so nice having lodge unlocked and key in the back of door. Lodge was very well decorated, well equipped with even some books to read if you wished during your stay. Beds were so comfortable ensuring a decent nights sleep and bedding was laundered immaculate. Coastal path down to sea shore is a nice walk from lodge and many water sports take place there. A thoroughly relaxing holiday for some or action adventure for others, everyone catered for. Will be back.

I’ve stayed before, I keep coming back.

I love staying at Timber Hill. The walk through the woods to the cliff top and down to the beach is all part of the magic of the Timber Hill’s location. The cabins are clean and well equipped. I’ve been there in all weathers and you feel warm dry and yet part of nature nestled in your cabin. I have been with several groups of friends and relatives to Timber Hill, I just have to keep sharing my love for the place. We always go to Skomer to see the puffins, a must. Marloes beach, crabbing in Solva, St David’s, coastal path walks. So much to do I need longer next time. The Timber Hill team are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Look out for Emily’s artwork dotted around the cabins. She is one of the Timber Hill team. I will be back. It feels like home.

Hidden gem of a holiday spot

Ludewig, Samantha - 05/06/2024

Lovely space! We really enjoyed our stay here. The lodge is generous in size, and beautiful views. The kitchen and bathroom are basic but in working order and the beds and seating are all comfy. The only niggle was only having one towel per person for the week but we had beach towels with us so managed to get on. What we loved so much was the overall feel of the site, its calmness, greenness and ease of connections to the outdoors. The games room is a lovely extra and we left after a week feeling relaxed and recharged. Will definitely be rebooking another stay next time we visit this part of Wales.
