Thorpe Hall Glamping is on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and we provide a relaxing setting for a camping holiday with all the little luxuries thrown in.
Situated in our Adult Only area (21+) you will find 'Barn Owl' and 'Kingfisher', our two comfortable and cosy 5m bell tents perfectly suited for couples wanting to get away from it all. This quiet and peaceful paddock is surrounded by greenery and if you're lucky you may even spot one of the owls that like to patrol the area.
Location
We are in a rural location and the site is within a 10 minute walk of the local community pub and All Saint's Church, home to the ancient monolith. Explore the countryside on our doorstep by ambling along one of the public footpaths or bridleways or simply enjoy relaxing beside your fire pit with a glass of wine and a toasted marshmallow...or two! However, for those wishing to explore the East coast, Filey, Bempton, Flamborough and Bridlington are only a short distance away.
What's included?
Each Bell Tent is tastefully furnished with internal lighting, a double bed with sprung mattress, chest of drawers and a bistro table and chairs. You will have use of our shared campsite facilities with toilets, separate wash cubicles, free showers with plentiful hot water and hairdryers. There is also an undercover washing up area and a small laundry room (charge applies)
Outside you will have two deckchairs, a picnic bench and a fire pit for your own personal use (we provide complimentary logs to start you off). Additional logs, matches and firelighters are available to purchase from the on-site shop.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Duration of stay and arrival days
- All stays are a minimum of x2 nights
- Arrival days are Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays
- Duration can be 2, 4 or 7 nights
Pets
- Guide dogs only (must be on a lead at all times and not allowed on any furniture)
Access
- Parking is close to your Bell Tent
- The walk to the Bell Tent is level
- Showers, toilets and washing up area less than a 3 minute walk away
- If you would like a key to our accessible shower room please let us know when booking
Tariff
- The cost per night for x2 adults is £90 inc. VAT
Your Booking
Deposit - A non refundable, non transferable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival
Insurance - We highly recommend guests take out independent travel insurance to cover for unexpected eventualities i.e. illness
Cancellations and refunds - No refunds for force majeure, inclement weather, illness, delays or any other unexpected eventualities. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Site Rules
Please ensure you read a copy of the site rules which will be in your Bell Tent on arrival. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in you being asked to leave and no refund will be given.
