Good stay. Had a meal at the restaurant. Pricey Was very disappointed in 2 eldererly people sat near us who complained to the manager about a lovely girl talking to us. The waitress had exceptional customer facing skills and was being polite to us. We were not loud in anyway just having a generalised conversation It was totally unnecessary and I hope the young lady was not told off. I got the impression the old couple did that to be given their wine for free. I was shocked to say this least. Many thanks A non complainer

Very clean campsite, clean modern facilities. Large pitches well spaced out. Staff helpful, restaurant lovely. Would go back

We stayed at the Paddocks as we were attending a wedding that was taking place at the hotel and it was amazing!Toilet and shower block are immaculate! Peaceful and tranquil site. Only thing I would say is turn your heating down a little in the toilet block as it was very warm 😊 We only stayed 1 night but would deffo be back

On arrival at the park it gave a very good impression caravan pitch’s where spacious we felt that the toilets would be better with a separate disability toilet and shower as they weren’t very private resteraunt was very good however we had a takeaway one night £5delivery was too much and the meal not very good we tried to book horse riding for. Our granddaughter on arrival but was disappointed that we didn’t get booked maybe giving information on booking we could have had a better experience felt there was some noise over the back of our caravan staff friendly and very helpful especially John

From booking to leaving, every step was efficient and well managed. John welcomed us on site and was always around for help and advice. The site was clean and well thought out, even the picnic tables had flower pots on them! The restaurant was great (cakes fantastic!) and it was interesting to see all the horses. It was easy to get a cab to the station and a train into Glasgow, and lovely to come back to the site at the end of the day. A great price for a great site - thank you!

We only spoke to one staff member in person but she was lovely and helpful. The check in process was easy and the amenities very clean. One of those places you'd like to stay longer.

Nice site lovely camping area with individual picnic bench / table , nice restaurant / bar staff very friendly, great views.

First time at this site and absolutely loved it. Our only criticism would be the showers. There isn’t enough privacy to get changed. Individual cubicles would be much better as this seems to be common on every other Motorhome site we’ve stayed at.
