We spent one night at the Paddocks in our motorhome. It was much more than expected. The property is immaculate and you are driving past horse barns to get to the camping area. It is clean, well maintained and has all of the amenities you will need. Grey water disposal, black water disposal, fresh water, showers, and laundry facilities. We chose this site because of its proximity to Glasgow and also the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time at the paddocks. Was lovely. Was shocked that it had changed to pay as you go electricity but only cost £5 for 6 days. We will be back

The pitch was uneven, as we only stayed for one night the £5 cost of electricity was too much. There was no toilet paper in the ladies toilets.John was very pleasant and helpful.

A very nice site with very good facilities and a high standard of cleanliness.The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Pitches are large and well laid out. Automated check-in via email so no staff but efficient. Ladies facilities were clean, if short on toilet roll, but the gents facilities were not. Good restaurant on-site as part of the large complex and reasonably priced. We used this as a convenient last stop before returning our motorhome, for this purpose it was great, but not sure I would make it a stop as part of my holiday.

First impression was poor - cigarette butts all over pitch. After cleaning up the pitch, we pitched up and started out break. Laundry - wash machine information missing - programme wanted to run for over 3 hours. Cut the prog short to retrieve clothes. (Require instructions)Nice day so settled outside to enjoy sun - through the dust clouds created by your gardeners hammering back and forth in their trucks - above speed limit. And limit is guidance not a target that must be met!!Toilet block - laundry area had lots of fluff - paper on the mats and they were still there next morning. Gents toilet area was dirty - needed swept - not sure when last that was last done!Come on the Paddocks - you used to be the best in Scotland - and we travel a lot.However standards have dropped badly and if the same when I next return I will leave immediately!!

- Hotel reception provided pitch number. We asked for a site map, toilet facilities and Wi-fi codes. No local information provided, only a taxi number. The 8am email was unread until after set up.-Toilets/shower block: insufficient men's toilets. Temperature of the showers inconsistent. No Cleaning times displayed. We were told that facilities were cleaned ' in the afternoon, when we get the chance'. -The washing and drying machines worked well.-The chemical toilet area is insufficiently screened from adjacent pitches.-Vehicles, mainly site staff, not adhering to speed limit, causing dust and noise from the gravel. Caravan site is the only access route to hardstanding /maintenance area. - It appears that site staff are accommodated on the caravan site, congregating afternoons and evenings. They were loud and swearing throughout our 3 night stay, showing no courtesy to fellow users.- We enjoyed the restaurant's setting - would've appreciated information on this and arena u

been before , beautiful clean well thought out site, this time we opted for non EHU and was in lower paddock and found people on a couple of the pitches near ours had spread out a bit too much and was confusing which side of table to pitch, another guest arrived and he couldn't get on his allocated pitch next to us for one of the others spreading too far, and using the picnic table we believe was allocated to them as there pitch number was on the table as was ours only there for one night so no big issue to us

Lovely clean site spacious pitches, toilets and showers spotless.would have liked the choice of full service. Restaurant food delishious staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely scenery surrounding area. Although didnt need it this time couldn't find play area for children.

Prefect stop over. Facilities wonderful. Very helpful staff. Thanks for making everything so easy!
