Everything was perfect apart from the showers. The timing was too short, and, in the female block, the drain was clogged.
Staff are lovely, great location. Close to the train station so perfect if you want a day out in Glasgow without breaking the bank! We only have a tent so we probably wouldn’t head back in the winter, but next summer we will definitely be back!
We spent 2 nights at the red deer holiday park and we got pitched on the top field, such a beautiful relaxing setting, full size picnic bench with every pitch and a short walk to the immaculately clean toilet and shower block ( 50 yards away ). The site is very secure with the gates locking through night and only vehicles with the key code can enter. Very helpful friendly staff. 5 stars
The site was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The location was perfect being just 10-15 mins walk from Stepps railway station for an easy trip into Glasgow for the theatre. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
15 minutes by train from Glasgow City. That is the main reason for using this site. Amenities are OK.Ptice is very high.
I was up from Newcastle for a concert in Glasgow and the site was ideal for commuting into into the centre. The train station is only a ten minute walk from the holiday park. There is a lovely little pub in the village if you want to stop off for a pint. I'm definitely coming back.
Great stay in Red Deer park again, in beautiful weather. The only problem we encountered was that the water on the showers was too hot and was not able to be altered.
We stopped here to split our journey up from Birmingham to Inverness. It was a great campsite, very clean and quiet
