You need to spend more on decent pillows.Too flat and no substance to them. I've still got a sore neck from using them. It would possibly put me off booking again.
This was our 4th holiday at Inverbeg. The lodge was booked for 6 adults. There were 5 dining chairs. One 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs so insufficient seating. On checking a different rental lodge it had a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas??. After checking in and unpacking we discovered the oven didn’t work. The food we had planned was partly heated so we had to discard it. Following day oven was ‘repaired’ only for the same thing to happen. Later that day we got a replacement oven. Kitchen equipment was sparse no baking trays, and one frying pan for 6 people.Staff were very helpful and provided baking trays and extra dining chair. However our overall experience of the lodge was disappointing based on previous visits. We requested compensation due to food wastage and inconvenience but have heard nothing.
The holiday park was clean and tidy the lodge was brilliant over looking the Loch Lomond it was one off the best holiday the family loved it Thank youFrom the Penman’s
Stunning views. Safe access to water sports and splash areas for children.Selection of quality restaurants in surrounding areas.Very relaxing area.Highlight of holiday. Sea plane flight from Cameron House.Over all too soon.
Fantastic from start to finish … only downside was internet connection which was awful!
the lodge we stayed in was a loch front lodge looking directly at Ben Lomond. It had one of the the most picturesque views i have ever seen. the location, facilities and staff were all second to none. We will definitely be back.
We have stayed in the lodges 4 times now and have already booked to return again. Excellent site, beautiful loch front lodges with amazing views and very close to amenities. The lodges are spacious, modern, clean, warm, comfortable and very well equipped.
Park lovely and well maintained. Staff very helpful. Park area great for all ages. Location stunning. Luss Coach House delicious.
The park is in beautiful surrounding and has good facilities including a play park our toddler really enjoyed. The location is good for the local tourist attractions and services, if you have a car. The caravan was comfortable but the corridors and bedrooms were quite small compared to other caravans we have stayed in. We stayed in the autumn and the caravan was nice and warm.
The area is beautiful, park is right on the water. Caravan was immaculate, warm and well maintained. Beds extremely comfortable.Playpark was well equipped but waterlogged after recent heavy rains, shop had limited selection and limited open hours.Overall my family enjoyed the experience because we had a car, if we didn’t we would have been limited in things to do with everything being a drive or lengthy walk away. The main negative and probably only real issue is the lack of wifi in caravans, there is little to no phone coverage in the area so to also have no wifi feels quite unacceptable in this day and age.
