It was the best lodge we have stayed in, absolutely clean, lovely and warm, everything that we needed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Here were six of us and not one of us could find even the smallest fault with. We had a fab relaxing time. Thanks to all the staff
Facilities very good. Handy for getting out and about to visit local area.
This site has no wi-fi now. We have stayed at Inverbeg before and we know it used to have. This time, due to our car breaking down and also the need to check in for a doctor's appointment, we had great difficulty in contacting both the AA and the surgery. The lack of wi-fi in this day and age proved to be both upsetting and inconvenient. My daughter stood outside the makeshift office in the rain and eventually managed to get through to the AA. The whole upset of this totally spoiled our long anticipated trip and we had to leave early. The office were not particularly helpful and were adamant this site never had wi-fi but as long standing customers we know it used to. There was no view at all of the Loch at our caravan and there is now no shop on the site. Considering the cost of this week away was quite high, I would now consider an alternative to this site - it was not worth what we paid.
Very welcoming 🤗 Accommodation spotless and comfortable. Lack of Wi-Fi not an issue ( for me!) Beautiful lochside & woodland walks and park was central to the areas we were visiting. It was a very peaceful break and would definitely stay again but might upgrade to a larger loch view cabin! Thank you very much - we could not fault anything!
The lodge was very comfortable & in a great situation. However, the mattresses in both double rooms are APPALLING, too soft & one you could feel the bed springs simply by placing your hand in the mattress. The mattress protector had a large stain on it . For some reason the bedside lights & plugs were under the window in the second bedroom with the bed at the opposite end. There is a washing machine which is not much use without a dryer, so be prepared to pay for the on-site dryer which is at the opposite end of the park. We have been coming each year for over twenty years & used to feel very welcome but unfortunately in recent years we have come to feel more of a nuisance as week long visitors compared to full time residents in the park. Thank you for the complimentary toiletries which were appreciated.
We came from Boston for a quick family trip for a wedding. Really enjoyed the Holiday park, was clean, spacious with all the amenities we needed. Staff was responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying againThank you
I had the privilege of staying at the holiday park for 2 nights - surrounded by such beauty. The accommodation was fantastic, certainly above average and surpassed expectations. The staff were fantastic, accommodating and kind. A must!
This was our fifth time staying in a lochside cabin, the views were spectacular.we loved to travel around the loch,so as to enjoy the scenery. However the beds were not very comfortable and the shower cabinet didn’t have a shelf to put shower gel on really annoying this is not the first time I’ve brought this to your attention,as at74 feeling around the floor for shampoo is not good.overall the stay as always was very good
Typically of Scotland we had a very wet weekend. Thankfully the lodge was warm ,luxurious and a pleasure to spend time inside of.Making it an enjoyable weekend regardless. Amazing views too
