A lovely clean, adult only site with great size hardstanding/grass pitches Very well kept and peaceful. Just what you want after a long, hard week at work. Great walks and a nice Garden Centre just round the corner that has a cafe.The owners father came to introduce himself. A very friendly gentleman offering his knowledge about the area and to get in touch if we had any problems during our stay. A nice personal touch which is rare these days.Will definitely be going again and would highly recommend.

Quiet, well maintained hassle free site. Will definitely be returning.. Really appreciated how close it was to Rutland water as my husband enjoyed the gushing.

Spacious campsite with excellently laid out pictures, great views and very tidy. Great area to explore.

We absolutely love it here and we will definitely be back soon.It's also lovely to be greeted by the owners who are lovely and always at the end of the phone if needed.The site itself is kept very clean.If you fancy a walk there is the most beautiful walks surrounding the site which is superb for dog walks or reven cycling.amd if you love fishing then you're definitely in the right place!The paddock is near all the attractions in the area if you fancy a pub meal or just a drink then you should pay a visit you won't be disappointed Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!If you want value for your .only then the paddock the place to stay. This is a really lovely site. We had a warm welcome from the owner. Who was able to share really useful information on the local area. We will definitely be returning.

Good well kept site and facilities. If it had toilet facilities i would give it 5*. Short walk to Rutland water and cycle route around. Very good garden centre just up the road within walking distance.

This place is great, excellently maintained and lovely owners.

Had a great stay. No facilities but not a problem for us as we are self sufficient. Welcomed by the owner which was lovely. Grounds were beautifully kept and access to the waters was a short walk away all be it down a slight incline. Lovely stay we hope to return next t year and hire bikes from hire shop across the water to cycle around the waters.

Wonderfully looked after site, lovely hard standing pitch with grass either side and perfectly mown. Perfect weekend to visit Rutland on our e bikes, would highly recommend.
