Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point.
Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room, and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accomodate a large van, awning and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water.

They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.
Our Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside, and more immediately our Wellington Fishing Lake. Newly completed mid 2013, there are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in thre rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests, and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrace road.
Each pitch is hard standing, with gravel planings on the surface to allow for awning pegs, although this surface is a lot harder underneath to allow for a solid base, while the surface settles. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.

We have three pitches on this 2016 addition to the site, available for hire throughout the year. These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake. Boasting a fantastic vista, peace and tranquility await!
These pitches are designed with motorhomes in mind, and are slightly narrower than our standard Adult Only pitches elsewhere on site. However, if you did want to book this pitch for your caravan you can do this by contacting us directly. Fishing is not included in this pitch price as it is adjacent to our Waterloo Lake for pleasure anglers and match bookings, so remains subject to availability, as matches will take precedent.
Toilet and shower facilities are located nearby, as is the ELSAN point.

Easy booking, splendidly warm welcome and excellently managed facilities: our thanks.
We had a very pleasant stay at Waterloo Farm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities are very good.
Easy to access and fairly level hard standing pitch. Price was reasonably. Beautiful view over the lake. Ehu waste and water to hand on pitch. Staff happy friendly. Great tea room with home cooked fresh food but no dogs aloud inside. With two toilet shower rooms available which are very large. Fantastic vehicle free walks to Northampton and Market Harborough. Brilliant place to stay
There isn't anything overly negative to comment on. It's a lovely place. Clean and straight forward. I really enjoy my stays.
A lovely little site with clean well kept facilities. We used the cafe this time and the breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful and the facility clean and well kept. The bathrooms on site are spacious and clean with plenty of hot water. Noise is minimal so a lovely peaceful site. The only thing in my opinion that needs attention is the drive way leading from the road to the site. It's a long drive and very uneven for the first part of it with a few big potholes but other than this a great site. The pitches themselves are spacious and serviced. We had a lakeside pitch which was lovely.
Lovely site, with really friendly & helpful staff. We went when it was -4, can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer.
Always stay lakeside where pitch size and services are second to none. Always get a friendly welcome and there are constant improvements being carried out. The site is kept neat and tidy and there is always someone around if you need any help or advice. We have tried other sites locally but nowhere beats Waterloo for the relaxing breaks we love. Thank you.
The lakeside pitches are perfect obviously coming in the winter it was extremely muddy.Staff member was friendly, tea shop looked good but sadly could not use as we have a dog.I wonder if there are enough showers/toilets when the site is full only 4The green man shop is full of curioes and more sad to hear it is closing The George gastro pub in the village is a must.
We stayed on the dedicated Motorhome pitches by the Lodges and overlooking the lake. These are fully serviced and hardstanding and quite exclusive. The site benefits from a tearoom serving breakfasts lunch and dinner but closes at 4pm. There is talk of the bar staying open till 8 pm at weekends so we hope for that. Situated on the Brampton Valley Way cycle path NCN route 6 it is ideal for cycling and exploring the local area. Market Harborough is a short hop and boasts many eateries and bars plus the usual shopping facilities. We found it to be a lovely vibrant town and also has a marina with restaurants and bars plus a Saturday market. The owners are great and can’t do enough to help plus very friendly with local knowledge. We will add this to our regular haunts as it is only about an hour’s travel but could be any distant resort. Thanks Guys and see you soon!
Arrived on Friday afternoon, was greeted with a smile and told where our pitch was, it was overlooking one of the lakes, lovely. The staff were very friendly and were very informative about the area. The toilet and showers were nice and clean but not enough of them. Will return soon.
