What a gorgeous place. The laurels is a fantastic place to relax the owners sally and Neil are so friendly and helpful. The setting around two lakes is idyllic.Near enough to ingoldmells and Skegness for all your needs but far enough away for relaxation at the end of the day. The lodges are immaculately clean and provide everything you need even a welcome pack for the dog.If you're a fisherman then take some tackle both lakes are well stocked and pegs are well spaced and well kept.This was our 5th visit in a lodge and we have also stayed in the cottage George's gaff which again is immaculate.if I had one complaint it would be that the munch box only opens weekends we would happily have a breakfast there every day 😀.Looking forward to booking for next year.

Excellent campsite great owners best maintained site in Skegness we’ve been 5 times never been disappointed

Second time staying here but in a different lodge this year which wasn't as good as the last lodge we had last year. Short drive to all attractions. Nothing on site but that is why it is peaceful. Felt safe. Site clean. Comfy outdoor furniture and hot tub so you can relax. Enjoyed our stay.

This is probably the best site we’ve stayed on. Immaculate pitches, close water, very clean and plentiful toilets and showers. Kind and friendly hosts. Cannot fault this lovely place.

Beautiful place quite and relaxing brilliant fishing lovely lodge very dog friendly they even leave a throw if your dogs won’t to sleep on your bed mine was quite happy in the room he’s to big anyway thank you

Prime lake side pitch. Good size,nice & flat. Well maintained. Toilet/shower blocks nice, clean. Quite a walk to either block from our pitch, also the pot wash facilitiies. Own toilet and sink in camper so not an issue. We didn't like the fisherman sitting on the jetty in front of our pitch ! Walking up & down it and spoiling our view of the lake ? We found that really strange. Maybe put the fishermen on a jetty where the pitch is not being used by customers ! Drove our dog mad. We also didn't like the fountain in the lake which went on at 7.05pm until 7.05am ! A very noisy fountain. Kept us awake until we eventually nodded off.. We understand it produces oxygen for the fish which is paramount but then, so is our sleep ! Having had those couple of gripes we really liked the site, very peaceful, well kept. It is not near the beach, walking will easily take you an hour, 10 mins drive. Walked there, taxi back £15.Hosts very understanding, had to leave day early, refunded a day. Grateful x

Amazing place, peaceful and very clean. Fishing was brilliant. Lodges were fantastic and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a break away from everything. Certainly will be going back.

Toilets immaculate. Well kept grounds. Friendly site.
