Pod was great well equipped. Nice peaceful break. Fishing tackle shop on site was excellent and very reasonably priced. Reception staff very friendly. Very safe environment. Only downside was the excessive amounts of weed in the horseshoe lake which made Fishing impossible from my dedicated platform. The office were obliging in letting me fish another area of the site which is usually day ticket. Make sure you bring decent tackle as those grass carp know how to fight

Had a lovely relaxing short break. Husband was able to fish from early morning to late at night. Pod was very well equipped for all our needs, and plenty of storage. Had the choice of beds, but used the pull down bed at the back, was great fun trying to get into it at bed time, could of used a stool, for my short legs. Shower room very spacious and again plenty of storage. Nice touch having the fishing tackle shop on site. Club served good food, menu not too large, but enough choice to stay off your hunger. Bus stops just out side were very handy. Only slight issues, was the fridge was quite noisy at night time, and please think about providing coasters for hot drinks. Felt uneasy about putting hot cups of the side with out them. Over all had a great stay and will be back for a longer stay. thank you.

Very clean well kept park, not far to local amenities.Only one fault poor water run off in gents showers water pooling when you get dressed small fault easily rectified otherwise a good site will be back.

As a returning guest, we already knew that it would be amazing and it didn't disappoint this time too! Lovely friendly and helpful staff and a clean and tidy pod was perfect for us. Pet friendly with throw for our pooch was a really nice touch - would definitely recommend 👌

The pod was lovely, clean & equipped with all that was needed on our trip. Set in peaceful surroundings & on a site that wasn’t too busy - just how we like it. Would definitely stay there again.

It was my first visit to this site but it won't be my last,it was clean well laid out with very helpful friendly staff,the site is close to the local attractions and night life but far enough away for peace and quiet and the added bonus for me was the excellent fishing on the moat lake.

Lovely weekend relaxing in the beautiful premium pod. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and we even received a phone call earlier in the day to say our pod would be ready to check in earlier than expected! The site was clean and there was a bar serving food and drinks. On arriving at the pod we were delighted as it was beautifully appointed with kitchen area and two bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and the towels smelled beautiful.Absolutely beautiful.

Over the past 2 years my wife and I have stayed 5 times in the glamping pods, they have everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay. Both myself and my wife have mobility issues so for us it's perfect and as a keen fisherman I just have to sit outside on my own peg and fish for a few hours. The staff in the office and on the site are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The only gripe I have is there's quite a lot of blanket weed on horse shoe lake, this can spoil the fishing but I do know after talking to the office and they've taken photos that they are trying to sort this issue ASAP. But again it won't put us off and we will hopefully return this year before the season ends.

1sr time to this caravan park, overall good and amenities close by included good pubs and shops. Fishing on site etc. Just the facilities, toilets are clean but do require some modern touches. No sanitary waste bins in the gents. Nowhere to sit to shower or dry in the main shower block. A shelf for shower gels would help to save bending all the time. Not third world issues for most but I heard 2 other families talking about the same issues. Don't let it put anyone off visiting as its a good place.
