St Helens Caravan Park is a large 36 acre campsite offering 100 touring pitches – most of which are hardstanding – including 30 adult only pitches in a quiet zone. The site is divided into terraces with tree screening creating smaller, more private areas – a feature which enables different areas of the park to vary in character and outlook. The terracing and landscaping suits the requirements of a wide range of caravanners and motorhomers.
As well as the park's adults only zone, they offer plenty of family pitches both hardstanding and grass with a number of play areas and open space for family activates. The park also have six acres devoted to Country Park for walking and relaxing – with animals to look at including pigs, sheep and our famous alpacas.
If guests fancy a truly unique camping experience the park offer a number of purpose built wooden pods. The pods will keep you warm in the winter months and cool in the summer due to fantastic insulation.

The camp site is actually looking better these days..the newly re vamped shower shower blocks look lovely. They were certainty ready. The main shower block is ready.looking shabby co paired to the others.
The campsite was lovely and clean the staff very friendly. The shop stocks all the essentials and the cafe do delicious food. We will definately be going back

This is the second time I have brought my grandson to St Hellens. The staff are helpful and friendly. Always smiling. Everywhere is so clean with everything you could need for a weekend in a campervan. You are never too far from showers, Lois, elsen point. The playground was ideal for my just 10 year old though he would have liked to go without me having to be there., though I appreciate why. The cafe is a wonderful addition, good food good prices and makes a nice change for us both. My grandson has asked can we name it a yearly even. I certainly don't see why not.
We had 3 pitches all together, with great views, really enjoyed the site. It was tranquil, beautifully maintained and easy to navigate. Toilet block was spotless, with underfloor heating and separate bathrooms for each person. The staff could not be more welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We had tea and cake in the cafe, which was beautiful and catered especially to a family members dietary needs. We also booked in for pizza on the Saturday night, for all 9 of us. Highly recommend pizza night. The pitches are spacious and ideal, with some lovely views. The picture is the view from our pitch, not telling which one! We loved it so much, we booked to go back next week!

We have stayed a few times now and are always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The new facilities block is fabulous so warm and clean. Can't wait for the main block to be modernised for next season. We stay on the adults only section which has big spacious pitches. The blossom trees were in full bloom on arrival so it was really picturesque .site is well placed for visiting both the coast and the moors and is close to the water park which has a lovely walk round the lake. The cafe at st helenst is good and serves a good breakfast. We like the old forge at west ayton and the three jolly sailors at burniston for good home cooked food at not too expensive prices. Can't wait to return in September. Special mention to the manager Simon who really is an asset to the park. Warm friendly and so helpful
Great stay as ever ,lovely site ,friendly helpful staff ,good size pitch's,great area .Make use of the onsite cafe especially the Greek night on Friday's.Only issue is main block of toilets ,showers is looking a bit tired but always very clean .Would definitely recommend to family and friends .Many thanks to all on site 👍
