We were staying in the salmon hut for five weeks as we were in the middle of moving house. When we arrived, we were met by a most friendly manager who went to endless trouble to make sure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. It was end of season and the site was very quiet, which suited us and allow us to rest and appreciate the ambiance. The hut is a very modern open plan building with everything we could need provided. Although already warm, the woodburning stove was much appreciated both by ourselves and family visitors.

thia has been a perfect site. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the site is very central for lots of diffferent walks. it is a short drive to the drive to the coast

The approach road to the site is very bumpy and full of potholes which present no problems if driven sensibly.The young lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly. We had booked a hard standing pitch which unfortunately was directly under a big tree, this wouldn't have been a problem but the weather turned out to be atrocious.The toilet facilities looked great on first inspection but didn't live upto our expectations, they require a refurb the floor covering had pulled away from the walls and was rucking in places.The site was very clean and we saw more Red Squirrels here in 5 days than we've seen on the last 20 years.It's an easy walk into Aberlour and don't forget to call in at the Walkers Shortbread factory.If my review seems harsh in places it's because I expected more for the price

We stayed in the Willy Gunn pod for the weekend of the Dramathon and had a brilliant time. The campsite is well located, clean and tidy, perfect amenities, beautiful setting. Helen at reception gave us the warmest welcome and was so kind throughout the whole weekend - super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Peaceful, very well kept site with good facilities and friendly staff. We've stayed here several times and really felt comfortable.

Lovely site with clean showers and a shop on site as well. Well worth a stay if you are on the Whisky Trail or just exploring.

Fabulous site for a long weekend.The static caravan was very spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and warm.We had our small dog with us so were in a dog friendly van. Sometimes worry if there will be hairs from previous visitors but nothing to be concerned about on that front. We had a problem figuring out the heating controls. Phoned reception who were very helpful and were at our door 5 mins later to help.Staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to this site again.

The facilities are lovely. Clean and very cosy which was very welcome in October.

3rd visit to Speyside Gardens and so pleased to standards and welcome remain brilliant. Olly and team work hard and it shows. Great coffee from the new machine in reception. Lovely welcome. Really well maintained pitches and good range of ground types to suit all tastes. Silent after 11pm. Quiet through the day too thanks to location and relatively small scale of site. Some noise from the gravel access roads especially from early birds leaving in the morning but 5mph speed limit keeps it real so no complaints. Just be aware. Couple of thoughtless guests warming diesel engines at 7am. Not so good. NOT the site’s fault however but maybe they will read this and realise it may be better to wait. Or - if you need it for heating - get a Webasto installed instead 😉Nearby Aberlour and Dufftown are lovely towns and have plenty for tourists and outdoor types. Plus the site is right on the legendary Speyside Way trail. Look forward to a return soon.
