It was not my first visit to the site , although it was maybe 3 years ago since my last visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful , the site itself is very well looked after by the staff and the owners, toilet block is very good, I always enjoy my visits to Grantown on Spey. Unfortunately I had to cut my visit by two nights has I had to go home early but still enjoyed my stay .

Excellent, well presented and managed site close to local amenities. Lots of local walks and easy access to the Cairngorm National Park.Fantastic location for year round holidays.

Even in sub-zero conditions, the site looked lovely and clean and tidy. The facilities were nice and warm, with good showers.The only downside for me was no TV signal, but with a few DVDs that was not a huge issue.

Grantown may well be the northern-most, all-year-round, full-facility camper park. As such, it is an important site for any winter adventurers and, like me, full-timers. Good motorhome service facilities, rubbish disposal, laundry and great bathrooms. And as a luxury bonus the amenity block has a heated floor!!! No cold ablutions. No reluctant shower where you freeze in the process of drying and reclothing. Busy Grantown is a 600m walk, or 1min drive, away. And has a Coop and very good selection of shops, especially cafes and other eateries. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The Grantown location is central to exploring the Cairngorm area, and further afield - north, south, east and west. Inverness and Aberdeen are just over an hour away. Balmoral, Elgin & Aviemore approx 30min through stunning mountain, moorland, valley & coastal scenery. Highly recommend.

Grantown On Spey is an excellent site with so may lovely walks and shops / pubs in the Village. The facilities on site are 5* as a member of both the Caravan & Motorhome Club & Camping & Caravan Club I'm sure like me others visiting the site will not be disappointed! Cleanliness of the toilet blocks and other facilities are top notch. Even visiting in the winter months as I had done, the clocks are heated and ample hot water in the showers. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. 🚌 🐕

Convenient location on our route of travel. We booked via phone in the morning for that night and we were not given option for either standard or super pitch... just allocated super pitch at higher rate. The booking process was extensive... so many questions which were quick fired and somewhat demanding.As it turned out, and as would be expected, the water at the pitch was frozen, so we didn't have all of the amenities paid for. We feel that the fees for this time of year were high given this situation. If we return, we will be more specific.Facilities were clean and warm. Shower was powerful. The overall site was clean and quiet, with good access to the town.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay here with excellent amenities on site. Very close to the Dava way and walks up the hillside behind for dog walking and biking. Ten minute walk to town with the co-op for quick supplies. The shower block is exceptional. Warm and modern building with great power showers. The serviced pitches are very roomy with a low wall separating each one. We liked the high leylandii hedge behind the area we were in for privacy and shelter.

As above and including easy accessibility to the town, shops and dog walking safe areas. Lovely setting with more than adequate space between vans and separation from the chalets. Good road links to aviemore and the A9 as well as well situated for those interested in hill walking or skiing.

Friendly wardens, very helpful when we checked in and showed us to our pitch. This is a tidy well kept site and toilet facilities were immaculate. We booked a fully serviced pitch which was great, no running back and forth filling and emptying barrels. These pitches were also nice and open. We booked for 7 nights and extended our trip by two nights. I normally don’t use the site facilities but this place was so clean I didn’t use our caravan shower once. Shower block had under floor heating and piped music, plenty hot water at all times and great pressure of water too. We had read some negative reviews about the Grantown site and we began to think we were on a completely different site!!!! There are some great walks from the site, one being the viewpoint walk with great views of the surrounding area. This was our first time here, but we would definitely return. Thanks to the wardens who run this site, they do a great job.
