Absolutely loved this site. Everyone really friendly. With me being on my own I felt safe. Also if I needed help I knew I would get it. The location couldn't be better not far from the coast, river walks, forest walks. Not far from restaurants or cafes which are dog friendly.

This was the third or fourth time on this site which provides an ideal base for running the Dramathon or exploring this area of Scotland.. The layout of the site and facilities suited us perfectly and the staff were all very friendly and helpful

Everything at this site was excellent. Lovely friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Great clean facilities. Beautiful, well kept site. Shop in reception sold the essentials plus a few treats. Would recommend.

We arrived a little bit early but friendly, helpful lady on reception let us check in and go to our pitch as it was free. The site is well laid out and maintained and the shower / toilet block clean and cozy. The large family showers also have toilet and sink and plenty of space for getting organised.It’s a lovely walk with the dog down through the woods past the Walker Shortbread head office annd factory into Aberlour where there are dog friendly cafes and restaurant, and more great walks along the Spey. Plenty of distilleries and the cooperage centre in the vicinity to visit. Site was quite full as it was the weekend of the dramarathon / half / 10k where the runners start at the Glenfarclas distillery and run the Speyside way to Glenfiddich distillery passing several other distilleries on the way.

As the title says, this was our third visit to the campsite and it did not disappoint. We received a lovely welcome on arrival, the van was ready and when we got in, it was spotless. Contained everything we needed, apart from the coffee pot, but we knew to bring one so all was well. Beds were comfortable and site super quiet at night so we slept like babies. The area is so beautiful and the sites location made it ideal for us, we were up for the Dramathon, and stayed on for a couple of days sightseeing. You do need a car but that’s the only negative about this site.

First impressions were what a beautiful well kept site set in a setting with amazing views. We stayed in the Ghilles 3 berth van. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of room & storage space & radiators where you can control the heating.We did not use the toilet & shower blocks but had a look & found the facilities spotlessly clean.The on site shop is well stocked & you can also purchase a coffee there. The staff are friendly & helpful.The site is situated a few minutes drive from Aberlour & Walkers shortbread factory where there is a shop. Aberlour is well worth a visit it has a few lovely shops & you can walk to it by the river Spey it takes about 30 minutes.We also had Sunday lunch at The Mash Tun, the food was delicious & plentiful, they also have a Whisky bar & you can even purchase a dram of Whisky from the year you were born.We visited Ballingdaloch whisky distillery & Caorunn Gin distillery which are both worthy of a visit.Beaches & Loch walks are also 30 minutes awa

Lovely, clean, well maintained site

The staff member was really lovely and helpful. The site was quiet and not hugely overrun with giant motorhomes- lots of smaller vans, dogs and nice vibe. The facilities were all good.

We found the pitches a little smaller than expected, the showers and toilets were adequate but in need of some refurbishing and having a button on the shower is a practice most sites have now dispensed with. Fir us this site was not ideal as there is really nowhere to exercise a dog without walking along narrow busy roads

Lovely friendly welcome, clean & tidy site. Peaceful & restful stay
