We are regular visitors to Porthtowan it’s our Cornwall Happy Place for holidays in our Caravan Andrew, Angie & James are the most friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts making sure each and everyone who stays with them have an amazing experience. All facilities are spotless well maintained and kept beautiful, all the staff work well to achieve this daily. We can’t wait to return in September

We visit quite a few campsites and this is definitely one of the best. Absolutely immaculate throughout. Staff very friendly with enough rules to keep it enjoyable but never feeling overbearing. Location is excellent if you enjoy a short hill walk into the village, otherwise a 2 min drive. Porthtowan itself is lovely my only wish was that the beach was dog friendly before 6pm but still wouldn't prevent me returning. Overall 10 out of 10 for this site.

What an absolute gem. Andy went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The campsite is immaculate and beautifully kept. The staff were very pleasant. The only small downside was there was nowhere walkable to go for a drink because I am visually impaired so poor husband had to drive. I think it's walkable across the field.

Will come back, it was just whst we needed. Clean and tidy and everyone respectful and quiet.

This was our fifth visit to Porthtowan Tourist Park and we keep returning because it’s just fab. It’s a site that’s big enough but small enough and has that personal feeling emanating from the staff. We love the fact that the basics are done brilliantly - it’s super-clean, well maintained and in a lovely, quiet location …which is also close to the village and beach. The area around holds lots of potential adventures, from cliff walks to beaches to surf. The addition of weekly pop-ups (wood-fired pizzas a particular favourite!) further enhance this site’s all round awesomeness.

Stayed for three nights. Lovely site, close to beaches etc staff really friendly and helpful.Well organised, clean site and facilities. Would definitely return.

Quite site and good beaches not far away

The campsite is excellent both for solo campers and family motorhomers. Shop onsite stocks all your essentials and even baked pain a chocolate and croissants. The staff are very friendly and they help wherever necessary.. I highly recommend this campsite and will be returning again.
