The family beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath are less than 4 miles from the site and we are just a short drive from many more, including the famous surfing beaches of Perranporth, Newquay and St Ives. There is plenty of opportunity for cycling, walking, watersports, golf, and many more outdoor activities, within easy reach of the site. We are situated adjacent to the famous Coast to Coast Mineral Tramway Trails and Radnor Golf Club.

Our site and facilities are of exceptional quality and we make every effort to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We now have a well stocked shop on site, open during peak season (mid July – end August). We offer a range of fresh food (eggs, bread, milk etc), plus tinned vegetables, confectionery, toiletries and souvenirs – CASH ONLY!

We have an onsite Bar /Restaurant (open Mid May – September), offering a varied menu of home cooked meals. Our children’s play area, situated close to the Bar’s outdoor terrace, allows you to relax and enjoy a quiet drink while your children play safely. We have excellent toilet and shower blocks including disabled facilities and we also have an onsite launderette.

All our pitches are generously proportioned for ease of access and to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. There is plenty of room for al fresco dining outside your tent, caravan or camper van, and we even allow the use of BBQs and fire pits, as long as they are raised off the ground. If you prefer a ready made holiday, Globe Vale also offers a choice of two or three bedroom holiday caravans to let. Our static caravans are well equipped and are set in generous pitches to allow for your outdoor dining and sunbathing.
