Jubilee Park Caravan Site is a hidden gem nestled in the rich woodland areas of Lincolnshire, offering a delightful retreat for nature lovers and families alike. The site is strategically located just a short stroll from the centre of Woodhall Spa village, encompassing 10 acres of splendid ornamental gardens, a charming bandstand, and a host of recreational amenities.
The caravan site boasts a variety of accommodation options catering to diverse preferences. The grass pitches, equipped with electrical hook-up points, provide a serene camping experience. For those seeking a longer stay, these pitches accommodate a maximum of 5 nights. Meanwhile, hard-standing pitches, either gravel-only or with concrete strips for driving onto, offer additional comfort. These pitches also feature electrical hook-up points and water and waste/chemical toilet disposal areas.
For a more premium experience, the hard-standing fully serviced pitches provide the utmost convenience with gravel and concrete strips, an electrical hook-up point, and on-pitch water point and grey wastewater disposal.
Large tent pitches on a gravel base are available for those who prefer traditional camping. These pitches can accommodate tents up to 10 x 6 meters and include a 10amp electric hook-up. Non-serviced tent pitches on grass are also an option, situated 100 meters away from the shower and toilet block. Additionally, the rally field may be utilized, offering around 30 non-serviced pitches with a maximum 5-night stay.
Jubilee Park's facilities are designed to enhance the overall experience of visitors. The highlight is the heated outdoor swimming and paddling pool, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. A fitness suite, offering exercise classes, is available for those inclined towards maintaining an active lifestyle. Other amenities include a play park, tennis courts, a café open daily during the high season, and a toilet and shower block, ensuring convenience and comfort.
The park is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs per pitch, provided they are kept on a lead no longer than 2 meters. Additional facilities encompass washing up areas, baby change and wash zones, laundry facilities, hairdryers in the ladies' washroom, and charge lockers.
Surrounded by the picturesque landscape of Lincolnshire, Woodhall Spa is ideally situated, with historic Lincoln a mere 20 minutes away. The city boasts a magnificent cathedral and castle, housing one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta signed by King John. On the other side, RAF Coningsby, just 10 minutes away, is home to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, featuring the last flying Lancaster Bomber in the UK, along with iconic Spitfires and Hurricanes.
With a newly renovated reception and changing facilities part of their latest development plan, Jubilee Park's commitment to bettering the site on an ongoing basis ensures that they can be confident in always providing the best possible experience for visitors.

Expensive for an aire, I only used a gallon of water, no electricity or waste. A drive over grey waste would have been handy. Clearly some people appreciated the site, but not that many. Half the site is locked up and I'm not too surprised. I was a bit shocked to find that it really was £32 a night. I only stayed as it was marginally closer to the town than the CL. If my dog wasn't as disabled I would have gone elsewhere. The brief interaction with the staff was fine, I didn't appreciate next doors tent taking up some of my expensive plot.
Great little place to stay, everything you need on your doorstep
The location sits within very pleasant gardens and sporting activity centre, ideally situated a short distance from the high street with many independent shops.Geographically the area is not of great expanse but serves up local attractions with historic culture and sites in a small but idyllic town and surroundings, ideal for a nice weekend of unwinding. The surroundings are clean and well maintained (you would not know your within a sporting / community hub) with various lawn sport activities including a pristine outdoor heated swimming pool with plenty of area for lounging away an afternoon and a nice little cafe.Staff are more than courteous, the facilities are well maintained and as a Motorhomer the showers are welcomingly hot.The gateway into the actual site could benefit by being fully automated (chain and padlock gate is not ideal)Lastly for a little extra cost on your stay price it may be wise to offer a entry package into the spa.John Williams
A well kept site with good, I frequently visit Jubilee park. The facilities are always very clean. Nice gardens to walk around and a heated outdoor swimming pool but you do need to book to use it. A short stroll into the village with a good selection of shops and supermarkets.
Facilities clean, tired surroundings, reception friendly and helpful. Started to get noisy from 7am onwards. Barrier system primative. Garden lovely.Expensive compared to other sites but location good.
Great location for visiting Woodhall spa , had everything we needed , friendly and helpful staff lovely surroundings, pool looked fantastic but we didn’t go in , only downside was we were very close to the gravel car park and quite a few early users but would definitely go there again!
The location is great - very close to all the attractions in Woodall Spa. In particular - Jubilee Park. Jubilee park has a fabulous outdoor swimming pool and some great entertainment in the park. Special mention to the staff (in particular Tracy) who sorted an early arrival for us so I could go for a swim and also changed. The toilets and showers were a bonus.
Ideal for walking into Woodhall Spa. Bus service nearby. Toilets beautifully clean. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and attractions in the local area. Definitely a site to revisit. Also lido over the road.
Stayed at Jubilee Park Camp site for two nights from 6th June. We had a family party across the road at the Petworth Hotel. Jubilee park was a fabulous stop, with so much to see and do. Even had a Brass Band to entertain us on the Sunday. With the swimming pool and leisure centre all available for us (though we didn't get time to use it) there is plenty for everyone to do. A good base also to explore the area. Had a great time will definitely book again.
What a great location, right next to the fabulous outdoor heated swimming pool, close to town and Kinema in the Woods, and across the road from Petwood Hotel. Spacious pitch, quiet, clean facilities. The padlock to get in and out is a faff, and it's a little expensive, but we would return. staff also very friendly.
