Quiet area to camp. Park was clean and tidy. Good facilities but found the shower area to be cold with warm water. Not as hot as could have been considering weather conditions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Hele Valley. The location is ideal - both quiet and within easy walking distance of the sea and local facilities. The facilities at the site are exceptional and the hosts were very helpful with local advice.

Hele Valley caters for the whole family with clean modern facilities. Pitches are generous and easily accessible. Ilfarcombe is a 30 minutes walk from site albeit with a steep hill but worth the walk with plenty of attractions and places to eat. Hele Bay is a short walk and for the more adventurous a lovely cliff top walk from the Bay to ilfracombe. This was our third stay and when leaving booked a week in July. Thank you Scott and team.

Great welcome - very tidy and good first impressions. Lovely facilities block with private shower toilet basin combo. Easy walk to Hele Bay with a nice pub and dog friendly beach.

A beautiful campsite with excellent facilities The toilets were spotless and immaculate and also the washing up area we could not fault anything We used their washing machine and tumble dryers as the weather was bad 40 min cycle for £4 this was extremely useful The pitches were lovely and big and easy to get pegs in for hard standing The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with additional information about buses and places to visit in the area We visited the corn mill which is just close by dnd had an amazing cream tea would highly recommended Would definitely return

Our stay was unfortunately spoilt by noisy neighbours from all directions. Was greeted by a lovely friendly chap and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Ended up requesting to move pitch on last night as noise and drunk behaviour so bad. Showers needed to be a bit hotter too and a little bit of heating in the toilets and showers would be good. Staff lovely but unfortunately put off big time by neighbouring people.

My husband and I have been staying at this site twice a year for the last five years It absolutely beautiful,quiet,clean, friendly, very welcoming All staff from owners to gardens all absolutely fantastic nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them Pub and petrol station with shop five minutes walk, small beach ten minute walk 30 minutes walk into ilfracombe We have already booked to go back

I stayed in Acorn pod and it was so lovely. Cosy, a comfy bed, always hot water, and a good little kitchen. Can walk in to ilfracombe from the site (if you don't mind the hills). Would definitely go back :)

Friendly staff, clean site in a fantastic setting.We stayed in a micro lodge with a hot tub.Could not be cleaner throughout.Such a relaxing few nights away at a very reasonable price.Thank you guys, we will definately return
