The member of staff that greeted us was very friendly and we were advised where we could pitch, as it was very quiet we had a range to choose from. However, potentially due the long wet winter we've experienced the ground conditions (including hard-standing) was very poor. The facilities felt dated but clean and there was a regular presence of staff keeping them clean. The site is adjacent to a very busy road which is the walking/cycling path into Bala, so it did feel we were a bit out of the way from things.

Upon arrival, I was greeted at reception by one of the owners, she was very polite and easy going. Nice to be greeted with a smile 😃 The site itself is amazing and the facilities are top notch also, everywhere was clean and tidy.We plan on returning there May, June, July, Aug and Sept for a weekend in each month.

The campsite was clean and the pitches had plenty of spaces between them. The facilities where clean The dog park wasn't very big but plenty of space for my dog to run around. The children's park was well equipped. And the lake was a short walk away for water sports

On arrival we were greeted with a lovely host ,who was very informative about the site . On a visit to the shower rooms and toilets, I was so pleased to see just how well kept they were. This place has a beautiful view of the lake and the people that stayed on this site were super respectful. There were children and dogs and all were very nice people. I highly recommend this site and shall he visiting again.

Site easy to book online. Given information when booked in about available pitches and where to find the water fill, waste and Eleanor point. Toilet block and showers immaculately clean with hand soap provided. Indoor dish washing facilities for those who need them. Lovely childrens playground at the entrance and dog walk. Quiet site after 10.30pm. Launching for paddleboard etc from the site there is a machine to blow your board up (paid for) also a permit machine for paddle boarding fishing etc.

Absolutely stunning views very quite perfect for a getaway pitchs are all good sizes the toilet and shawers where unbelievably clean definitely will be returning 😀 😊

Everything was going so well, we woke up and had breakfast on our first morning!!!!!!A four night trip for Easter and my Birthday.On that first morning storm Dave arrived and absolutely battered us. Rippped our tent extension beyond repair.The forecast suggested things where gonna get worse so we packed up and headed home.Moral of the story !!!!!Air tents only work well in the height of Summer.
