'Aspen' is our eco-spec camping cabin. It is a single room 11' x 10', double-glazed and fully insulated.

Designed and built to a high ecological specification, the electrical power for the two eco lodges comes from our three wind turbines, and sewage is processed through our own ‘Living Machine’ water treatment system.

The open plan upper floor living includes a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a full inventory of cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a solid oak dining table and six dining chairs.

In the sitting area, there is a leather suite comprising a three seater sofa pull out bed and matching twin seater. For your entertainment, there is a flatscreen TV with Freeview.

Leading from the sitting room is a generous balcony with outdoor patio furniture to enjoy beautiful views and fresh Findhorn air.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms (one double bedded, and one with twin beds) and a family bathroom.

Each centrally heated lodge accommodates four people in comfort and six when using the pull out sofa bed in the sitting room. Both lodges are non-smoking, one is pet friendly.

This is a hardstanding pitch with 16amp electric hook-up suitable for touring Caravans, motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents. Please note under Scottish Fire regulations and Moray Council licencing, sleeping in awnings is NOT permitted.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** You must bring your own suitable electric cable with you as we do not rent them out. It must be suitable for outdoor use with the correct connection and RCD unit.  For examples search for "camping electric hook up".***

Our standard hybrid pitches with electric are 4m x 5m maximum. Your tent, campervan and all other items must fit within this area. If the footprint of your tent is larger than this, it is important you call us before booking to see if we can accommodate you.

***IMPORTANT** Our tent pitch sizes have changed for the 2025 season and are now all NON ELECTRIC and MAX size 4m x 3m. Large tents will not fit
