Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.

2. Damage Deposit

A £100 refundable damage deposit is required with all bookings.

This will be returned after your stay, subject to the caravan being left clean, tidy, and without damage or missing items.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 10:30am

Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement only.

4. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Only the number of guests stated on the booking may stay in the caravan.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the caravan.

No pets allowed.

No parties or events permitted.

Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbouring caravans at all times.

6. What’s Included

Free WiFi

7. Parking

One car parking space is available for guests.

Additional vehicles may need to use designated park parking (if applicable).

8. Key Collection

Keys are to be collected from reception at the touring park entrance.

Further details will be provided prior to arrival.

9. Guest Responsibilities

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Any damage, breakages, or missing items must be reported.

Guests may be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

10. Cancellations

The deposit (50%) is non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: any additional payments will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: the full balance remains payable and is non-refundable.

If we are able to re-let the dates, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

11. Owner Cancellation

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.

12. Liability

The owner is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.

Guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.
