Tir (Land in Cornish) is a cosy but spacious mid-terrace two-bedroom cottage which was part of the former farmhouse of Bossiney Farm.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own en suite shower room. The large twin bedroom has views out towards the sea.

There is also a family shower room. Downstairs offers a kitchen with washing machine, fridge, and freezer and a large lounge/dining room which has a beautiful feature stone fireplace.

French doors lead out to the enclosed paved/gravelled garden, perfect for families and your pets. This is also where you will find your hot tub.

There are steps leading down to the cottage from the parking area. Please note: Wi-Fi is not available in any of our cottages.

Karrek Cottage is part of the former farmhouse of Bossiney Farm, which has been converted into this two bedroom, two storey holiday home.

Upstairs comprises one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a large twin bedroom with views of the sea.

There is also a separate family shower room. Downstairs there is a large dining room with table to seat four comfortably for family meals.

The spacious open plan lounge has a feature fireplace and patio doors.

The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, and freezer and there is also a downstairs cloak room.

The patio doors lead out to an enclosed paved and gravelled garden with raised decking area and hot tub, perfect for a lovely sunny afternoon.

Really appreciate the phone call early to say our lodge was ready, so able to unpack and start our holiday. Immaculate lodge, perfectly positioned for some beautiful walks in every direction. Close enough to Tintagel to walk either across fields to get there or road way, only used the car once the whole week !. The only reason we may not return is we’ve walked it all.Only negatives were parking issues in Port Isaac due to not enough change, card machine didn’t work and couldn’t get a signal to download parking app !. Also local Tea shop was closed for the week in Bossiney. Would highly recommend to all who appreciate walking,history and mystery 😀

Lodge was very well furnished throughout, kitchen provided very good cooking options with fridge and freezer and also had both dishwasher and washer with tumble-drier. Only 2 minus points are th small bath and the difficult car space exit which requires careful manoevering and patience.

Another great stay at Bossiney Bay, the staff on park are so friendly it’s like seeing old friends. Bossiney is perfectly placed for visiting Tintagel Padstow, Rock and Polzeath beach is perfect for day out.Bossiney Bay was as beautiful as ever shame the pathway has been blocked by a rockfall so couldn’t get to the beach.

As usual a nice quiet site and central to all other areas in Cornwall. Cabin 04 has not changed in the last 4 years and needs slight updating.The cons. 1. The master bathrooms shower needs replacing water was Co stantly TOO HOT (plumber said it was OK I disagree) 4 peoe sharing 1 shower in the main bathroom (nightmare).2. The decking needs a lick of paint and the deckng furniture needs replacing.3. Iron and ironing board need replacing. 4. Needs a fan or air con as nights are unbelievable. 5. Site team need to be onsite rather on a phone call away never seen them all week. The pros1. The site is clean and quiet and secure. 2. 10 min walk to tintagel which has lots of shops, food and pubs. 3. Central to get to other towns. 4. Staff were friendly and normally on site to help any issues ( although this visit this was not the case). All in all a great site and location. We will probibally try somewhere else next year. William

What a beautiful area to explore, waterfall at St Nectons Glen, the Old Post office in Tintagel and the new bridge across to Tintagel Castle.This is an ideal base for walking the South West Coastpath with spectacular views of the Atlantic.Clean comfortable Lodges with views over the countryside. Wonderful staff always on hand if help is needed.We have already booked 3 more stays would highly recommend.

Very peaceful location surrounded by beautiful nature. Lodge very well appointed spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard, we were given a very friendly welcome by the reception team who are always contactable should you need them, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them, highly recommended!

A beautiful place to stay, that's why I holiday here every year,been holidaying in tintagel for over 40 years now.Bossiney Bay is a lovely quiet place with lovely surroundings,lodges are very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly,a new tea room has opened at the entrance of the site and it has lovely views over the Atlantic and the food and service are highly recommended.The site is within walking distance to tintagel village or you can catch the bus to Boscastle.There is no facilities on the site ie club house or entertainment but I think that's what makes it such a special place.The village has shops,pubs,restaurants,laundrette, If you are looking for a quiet,peaceful,beautiful surroundings holiday then bossiney Bay is the place for you!!.

This is out 3rd time here. We have stayed in a different lodge each time and although we have a favourite everything we needed was in each lodge, all were cleaned well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are all friendly and will happily chat with you if you do with them. I cannot fault the site or the area as you are in a location that allows you to explore whilst having the peace and quiet on a site day and night. If you want arcades, rowdy crowds and nightlife don’t come here. If you want a relaxing time with the ability to explore the coast and chill out, Bossiney Bay is perfect. We love it and thanks for another amazing stay x
