Neat, tidy, friendly and well equipped touring site with excellent facilities. On outskirts if Inverness and high enough for fantastic views over to the Black Isle and along the Moray Firth coast. Close to Culloden Battlefield... a must seeA place to return to many times
There are two types of pitches on the booking system super pitch gives you an view over Inverness, but not all of the super pitches gives you that view, and some of the normal pitches have better views. Pitches are allocated on arrival. I liked the arrival parking area just before reception. Booking in process was easy and the staff very helpful. Facilities block was one of the best ones we’ve seen and was clean and tidy.Restaurant/cafe do pizzas and breakfast which you pre order and get a slotted time to pick them up.There is a bus service into Inverness about 7/8 minutes walking and it’s the No3, you do get a bus time table from reception.
Stayed here for two nights and had a great pitch. The staff, the two Elaines especially, where brilliant. I received a warm friendly welcome from people who could not have been more helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this site and would happily stay again.
A bit pricey considering our pet was in our own caravan you pay for your pitch and then hit with a £17.50 a week to put your awning up next they will be charging you for your electricity payment cards
