Anwoth Holiday Park is set inland in the town of Gatehouse of Fleet and maintains the same blend of quality and service that has set its livelier sister park, Auchenlarie, apart from the rest. If peace and tranquility are for you, they can certainly be found at Anwoth. Some of the finest landscapes and scenery that have inspired Scotland’s authors and poets are on your doorstep. In fact, the whole area is a haven for wildlife. Herds of deer can be seen roaming the landscape and, if you can be very quiet, you may have the opportunity to see otters living in their natural habitat. Birds of prey, red squirrels and a host of other wildlife, are all there to be found when you explore. For the fisherman, several major rivers, including the Esk, Annan, Nith, Ken, Dee and Cree, all of them notable for salmon and trout fishing, are close at hand.
You can stay closer to home and use all the facilities available at our parent park Auchenlarie (just 5 miles away). There you can use all the fitness facilities; enjoy the entertainment and live shows in the Starlight Suite and sample some of the great food available at The Surfside Bistro and Takeaway.
All our hard standing pitches feature 16amp electric hook-up, water points & TV Points
At Anwoth, all touring pitches are on a large grassed area in the middle of the park.
Anwoth is within a short walking distance of the very attractive Gatehouse of Fleet town, with its restaurants and bars, deli, cafés, convenience stores and gift shops too.
Nearby is Cairnsmore of Fleet, a mountain in the Scottish Lowlands, on the edges of Galloway Forest Park. It is home to the most extensive area of open moorland in Galloway, and has been designated as a biosphere reserve.

Great site with great hosts, that could not do enough for you!The newly refurbished bathrooms were the best we have ever been to!Good value & would return tomorrow!
We had a great 3 night stay at Anwoth. The park is spotless and a lovely size for families. I felt the children were very safe exploring the park. The toilets are amazing and staff very friendly and welcoming. It’s a 5 minute walk into the gorgeous town of Gate house of fleet, which we visited regularly. We did get the bus to Auchenlarie, unfortunately the bus was delayed and we got a taxi back. The only thing that’s missing from Anwoth would be a children’s play park, however there was a big park in the village the children could play in. Price was very reasonable and we will definitely be back.
Brilliant site , been there a few times, spotlessly clean, wardens are some of the best we have met .. Gatehouse of Fleet is a perfect place to chill .. cant wait until our next trip
Great location, staff were very friendly and accommodating, toilets are spotless and modern could be doing with a kids play park.
All requirements met with a friendly welcome.
Lovely site, friendly warden and great shower and toilet facilities. Also great village location.
Excellent toilet and shower facilities, very helpful site manager. Small site great location
I had not booked and the couple at the camp went out their way to accommodate me. So friendly and helpful. Ended staying 3 nights and thoroughly recommend this site for convenience to town and the most amazing new toilet block
Excellent toilet block - even with a full campsite the facilities coped well and were clean.Hardstanding for motorhomes is great.Friendly wardens.
Lovely little site, a few minutes walk into the village where there’s a few shops and pubs. The wardens were very friendly. Shower/toilet block has recently been refurbished and is lovely. A shower, toilet and sink in each cubicle, 1 of which also has a bath for a £1 cost. All kept spotless, pity a few other guests can’t clean up after themselves but you get that wherever you go. Surrounding area is stunning.
