Excellent park and spotless.Greeted and guided to our spot. I don’t think you could get a bad one.Facilities were great and a flat pitch which is really handy.Porth Towen isn’t far away , but it’s downhill all the way, and when walking/cycling, it’s a hard workout.We couldn’t get a taxi for love nor money on a Sunday evening/late afternoon. Obviously not the sites fault, but if your planning the mile (ish) you’ll need to be fit.We rate the Blue Bar on the beach, but didn’t think much of the unicorn. Huge wait and we left disappointed.One place we can say offered over and above service was Porthtowan Village Store. The guy there really tried to help us get a taxi. He was amazing.We love Porthtowan, stayed there quite a few times in cottages, but we love our camper/ motorhome. We have to search for parking bays dedicated to park. Cornwall lacks places to park. Marizion offers the best parking we have parked so far, and not took advantage of.

We have just had a lovely week at this gem of a site. All directions and Information was emailed out before we arrived, checkin was was quick and also informative. The pitches were well marked and flat. The facilities were and grounds were kept to a high standard, and above all the staff and owners loved a chat.

The site is extremely well kept, clean and tidy. Great dog walking areas and the fully serviced pitches were excellent. Very friendly staff

As always the site was fantastic with great immaculate facilities, and so friendly and helpful. The grass pitches were in beautiful condition. One of our favourite places to stay. Always receive a warm welcome. Great for families with family shower rooms and a lovely play park and games room. So many lovely places to visit, great beaches, walks with fantastic coastal views.

The site is relatively easy to locate.Welcomed and shown to plot. All amenities were scrupulously clean.Costs were reasonable and relative to a well organised site.All in all; top marks.

The site is spotless as are the facilities.The owner went out of their way to help us and I will go back and would recommend this site to anyone.

We enjoyed staying at this site. Easily accessible from the A30 for towing and easy access to the coast path for walking. Not so great for walking into Porthtowan and to the beach along the road as no pavements and some blind bends, but plenty of parking there and public toilets.The site was well laid out and landscaped with mature trees and hedges. The shower and toilet facilities were spotless. Lovely hot showers in the ladies not so for gents sadly as the shower was only luke warm. We enjoyed playing pool in the games room which was a bonus. We didn't make use of the onsite shop, but useful to know its there.Good value for the discounted price we paid, however we thought the advertised daily prices were a little expensive.Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Friendly, accommodating owners. An immaculate, clean campsite. It’s great for couples, families and dogs. Everyone is welcome. Everything you require from the campsite from grass tennis court/football pitch, playground, dog walking area, washing machines/driers, camp shop, logs, gas bottles and a games room with a pool table and a library of books to read. Everything for everyone, in a rural location and not far to the local blue flag beach of Porthtowan.

Our stay here was great. spotlessly clean, happy friendly staff. supper flat grass pitch. they are motorcycle friendly so no problems with our visit to trail ride on the green lanes in Cornwall. i would use this campsite again.

Campsite was fantastic- pitch was flat and well marked out, campsite was clean including facilities, well equipped with a small shop, games room, multiple water and bin/recycling points, v well located with a lovely walk into Porthtowan via the coast path and really friendly staff One of the best campsites we have used
