I stayed for one night in a tent and had a lovely visit - warm reception by the warden who showed me to the tent area, choice of a large flat grassy patch with beautiful view out to the hills, short walk to the toilet and showers, and water tap nearby. Couldn't ask for much more! I was also able to park my car next to my tent which was a bonus. Nice atmosphere on site with lots of 'hellos' and it was quiet.

"Excellent campsite."

Mr I Martin - Stayed with partner, Jun 2021

We only stayed at the site for one night but we will definitely be back. The site was immaculate in all areas from toilets to gardens and pitches. I felt it was good value for money and located close but not too close to all local amenities.

"Great site getting very expensive!"

Anonymous - Stayed with partner, Jun 2021

Over £40 for a night in our campervan is getting too expensive even if it is an excellent site. We got the last expensive pitch squeezed on the end of the line of dear pitches.

"Nearly perfect"

There’s little security on site and no check on speed of vehicles driving around which is too fast. This could be more serious during school holidays. Showers are a little cramped but water presure is great. Overall this site is lovely and is in a great location. We... The grounds were well maintained, the facilities were spotless and social distancing well enforced. We were in a small motorhome and the plots were very generous. We had no children but were impressed that the play areas closed at 8.00pm meaning the evening was peaceful! The site is well placed for shopping - a large Co-op at the end of the road - there are plenty of eateries and for those who like walking, it is on the Dava Way with lovely views.

"Heading South"

A great location when heading north or south in Scotland. Exceedingly well managed site with excellent administration for both booking and reception on arrival. Being directed to our pitch was such a bonus.
