High Range was the perfect place to go round activities in Aviemore from. Everything was only a short walk or drive from the campsite.Plenty of places to eat at night - if you having time off from cooking; Taverna, fish and chip shops and cafes.

The push button water control on the showers are not very good. Apart from that, the site was very clean.The toilets were superb. Water facilities ie fresh water,drainage, chemical toilet for tourers all excellent. The Reception girl that dealt with us was very efficient and friendly. So you are doing a great job. Will definitely be back, and spread the word about your lovely site. Thanks very much. Mike Brough

Excellent site would highly recommend.right on edge of town so handy to walk into local restaurants etc . pitch great size .toilet block immaculate.loads of activities.walks etc on doorstep .

Super stay, good facilities and friendly staff

This was our third visit to High Range and the gentleman at reception made us most welcome. The weather unfortunately during our seven night stay was awful with daily rain showers and low mist.We were disappointed that we had to complain about lack of toilet rolls on three occasions and the fact that toilet bowl brushes were not supplied in any cubicle. The bucket with mop supplied to clean showers contained no disinfectant which should be provided.The internet connection failed twice during our stay and the second failure took four days to resolve.The chemical waste unit failed and guests had to use an open outdoor sewer drain hole for three days. No facility to rinse toilet cassettes was provided or indicated.The female receptionist on duty at our departure appeared to be totally unaware of good customer relations and made no attempt to engage us in conversation. We have always enjoyed Aviemore and the surrounding countryside, but, we will be staying elsewhere in the future

The permanent pitches let the site down as they are not kept Upto standard Pity nothing done as I've put this in my review every time I go

Access to Village great, spotlessly clean Amenities, staff always helpful and friendly, stayed here a number of times in the hotel also and really enjoyed it definitely return
