Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point.
Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point and away from the deep waters. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room, and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accomodate a large van, awning and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water.

They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.
Our Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside, and more immediately our Wellington Fishing Lake. Completed mid 2013, there are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in three rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests, and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrance road.
Each pitch is hard standing, with gravel planings on the surface to allow for awning pegs, although this surface is a lot harder underneath to allow for a solid base, while the surface settles. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch. We recommend storm pegs and a hammer for your awning.

These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake.
We have three pitches on this 2016 addition to the site, available for hire throughout the year. These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake. Boasting a fantastic vista, peace and tranquility await!
These pitches are designed with motorhomes in mind, and are slightly narrower than our standard Adult Only pitches elsewhere on site. However, if you did want to book this pitch for your caravan you can do this by contacting us directly. Fishing is not included in this pitch price as it is adjacent to our Waterloo Lake for pleasure anglers and match bookings, so remains subject to availability, as matches will take precedent.
Toilet and shower facilities are located nearby, as is the ELSAN point.

Lovely lake for some peaceful fishing. Very friendly. Shame the restaurant was closed while we were there. Very friendly helpful staff. My only complaint was the state of the driveway into the site which has a couple of fairly big pot holes and definitely the roadway round the lake which is quite frankly bad. A lot of pot hole to try and manoeuvre around. Difficult to miss them especially when towing a caravan as the car wheels don’t align with the caravan wheels. Could be a costly trip. I should imagine it needs sorting as is only going to get worse.
Carp, plus big roach , rudd , tench and crucian carp plus barbel. Perfect
The only thing that could improve my stay is if the showers were a bit bigger
Great place. Regular visitor.facilities are superb. Great fishing . Lovely restaurant. Shame theres no WiFi near the lakes and tv reception is poor.Could be improved with a tackle shop/shed and maybe a delivery service to the lakeside ...But those damn geese are noisy..
A lovely setting, quiet and peaceful, with good walks on the doorstep. Very friendly staff on hand to help but not in your face. Toilet / shower facilities quite basic and in need of modernization, but adequate. Loved the flock of geese which visited our pitch in the morning then slid gently onto the lake right in front of us. Would highly recommend a walk across the field to the Braybrooke Brewery Company Taproom. Some parts of the site need a bit of a tidy up, but overall a really nice place to stay, and yes we will return
Great site. Fishing good. Showers good and clean. Good value. U fortunately when I stayed last time no cooked food and early closing. Have booked again 7th Aug two nights
Very nice clean quiet place, all staff very helpfull and friendly highly recommended!
Stayed on a lakeside pitch (46). Ground is rock hard, bent loads of pegs putting awning up. Shower facilities definately need updating (large rooms, tiny shower cubicles). Only two for each sex, could be better designed, plenty of room for more. Nice location for a short drive to Market Harborough with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs. Wifi and TV reception poor on the lakeside pitches.Overall very nice, but needs updating.
Where to start? Pitch 31, opposite a monstrous fifth wheel and junk lying about not a pleasant Veiw.Hardstandings a joke messy weeds growing through what I would call black coal like sparse chips mingled with odd large stones on slope which it appears all pitches were.Given a move staff were nice and understanding. Two chalet huts patched up roofs looking a sorry state housed showers and loo for each. Dated and drab in 4nights the buckets and mops remained dry! Dusty I moved a table and wasn’t surprised to find thick dust underneath.A few other shabby Heath Robinsonesque huts about the place too No Veiw to the fishing lake from area on as a high grown hedge obscuring shame as very nice to walk around.Such a shame this place has so much potential to be a very nice site. Market Harborough and cycling to was the only highlight of stay
The hard standings were hard to divine due to the weeds and our niegbours pitched their camper van awning very close to our caravan. They were not told to move it despite the camp staff having words.we were told the grass was only for chairs not cars ect
