Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point.
Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point and away from the deep waters. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room, and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accomodate a large van, awning and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water.

They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.
Our Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside, and more immediately our Wellington Fishing Lake. Completed mid 2013, there are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in three rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests, and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrance road.
Each pitch is hard standing, with gravel planings on the surface to allow for awning pegs, although this surface is a lot harder underneath to allow for a solid base, while the surface settles. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch. We recommend storm pegs and a hammer for your awning.

We have three pitches on this 2016 addition to the site, available for hire throughout the year. These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake. Boasting a fantastic vista, peace and tranquility await!
These pitches are designed with motorhomes in mind, and are slightly narrower than our standard Adult Only pitches elsewhere on site. However, if you did want to book this pitch for your caravan you can do this by contacting us directly. Fishing is not included in this pitch price as it is adjacent to our Waterloo Lake for pleasure anglers and match bookings, so remains subject to availability, as matches will take precedent.

Been many times great people nothing is too much trouble Sunday dinner excellent can’t fault it look forward to many more stays
Great campsite with fishing and ideal for Market Harborough and accessing the main walking routes and cycle paths in the area.Friendly staff and good facilities. Nice little tea room with what looked like great Sunday lunches being served. A microbrewery and tap room is about a 20 minute countryside traffic free walk
Great walks off site to Market Harborough or the other way through the tunnelAcross the field to the brewery well worth the visit
A really good site overall. Approach is good, wonderful sized pitches, facilities are adequate. Lovely cafe on site with a good menu. Lovely walks along the Brampton Valley Way into Market Harborough or down through the Kelmarsh tunnel. The only thing we thought could be improved, was the potholes around the lake. It was a very bumpy ride!
Spent 2 nights beside the big lake for our 2nd trip away in our van. Still learning. Just up the road for us and such a lovely site - so tranquil beside the lake with a huge pitch. Beautiful sunny days and clear starry nights really made the trip. The tea room scones and coffee in the morning were fabulous. Location is fantastic - we walked one evening to the pub in Braybrooke - I've had a knee op so slower walker than normal and took us about 40 minutes each way. Food and welcome were great. Following day we walked into Market Harborough and again took longer than it would normally - about 50 mins to centre. Lovely town and would have liked to visit the tap room but needed another day. Absolutely fantastic location and setting for this site right on the Brampton Valley Way. We didn't have to wait to use showers or toilets (which were warm and clean) but the site wasn't busy (midweek). I guess could be much busier at weekends/aummer. Lovely warm welcome to the site at check in too.
Been here several times, still as good.Great facilities, Excellent tea rooms, Lodge is brilliant, being older I just found the settee uncomfortable, but that wouldn't stop me coming again.Fishing is good, very close to lodge
Situated on a disused railway line you can walk into market harborough one way and to the local village and beyond on the other A nice cafe is attached who do a good Sunday lunch, served with a 😊 Could do with a head torch at night as no lights to aid getting to the toilet block.
We stayed for 2 nights. All inclusive on gravel handstand. We had things to do so did not use local walks but I believe there are some great walks etc available. Good cafe on the site. A hearty Sunday breakfast before setting off on next leg of our trip. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have booked for another night later in the month. Look forward to our return visit. Perhaps consider curtains in the shower room blocks to give additional privacy. Otherwise all facilities are great.
Always enjoyed staying at Waterloo. Staff are great. Had an internet issue and they allowed me to switch pitches as I work from my caravan. When you eat in the cafe always fresh it’s always fresh and hot Facilities are good. Feelis line you are in your own little world even thought you can turn right and end up in town.
Excellent Staff and friendly visitors enjoyable Bar evenings. The only problem is with the Service roads and access to the site they are in a poor state of repair this would improve the standing of the centre within the outdoor holiday circle.
