Delighted with this site. Well run, excellent facilities and a good location for scenic walks and a nearby pub serving food and a good pint or two.

I haven’t been to Town Farm for a few years and I’m pleased to say they have maintained their very high standards. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & hopefully will be back in the spring. Thank You!

Great check-in process. We booked a firepit and wood which was delivered to our tent. As it was only one night and there were 3 of us, we booked a bell tent so only took our bedding and some cooking equipment. We only needed to call and order another bag of wood and were able to meet at the main office to pick up. Very efficient and the guy who showed us to our pitch and arranged the wood was very friendly and polite. The site was spotless and facilities fantastic. The kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely sparkling. Microwaves, kettles, fridge and freezer space, washing machine (cost to use) and even hot water bottles! We played on the football pitch, didn't use the games room, but would if we stayed longer. We went on a couple of walks which was beautiful. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and definitely be back.

We loved that there are so many places to walk from the campsite. Ivinghoe with lovely cafe and a pub in easy walking distance. There were different food vans on site plus loved the Gin and Fizz bar. Views from campsite amazing. Plenty of room on site. Fire pits allowed and can be hired. Facilities clean, hot showers included in price.

This is a nice site with nice views but it does attract rather loud groups, it's quite sloping in many places and the price makes it only suitable for very occasional or short stays.

I had no idea what to expect at Town Farm, but for some reason I had in mind that it would be quite a basic one. So I was very pleasantly surprised to find firstly a very professional check-in process, and then fantastic facilities. The pizza wagon was great, it was fantastic to have a bar, the toilet/kitchen facilities were great, the games room, the two playgrounds, the view. All wonderful! Would definitely go again.

This campsite has great facilities and is excellent on cleanliness which is why we returned again this year. its location is ideal for us as it’s not too far away from where we live so it’s a great base to go away with friends for the weekend. It’s also perfect for walks to ivinghoe beacon. We aren’t experienced campers so this gives us a nice introduction into camping and the kids have so much fun staying in a tent!
