Visitors can avail of discounted admission tickets for both of these gardens at the park.

Even in the face of occasional rainfall, the region's attractions remain vibrant. South Wales boasts a plethora of activities, from a visit to the Gwili Railway to exploring the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Penclaclwydd. This is an excellent site. View from every pitch is great, Hywell and Catrin keep the site and facilities immaculate. Site is ideally placed to visit Gower peninsula and Brecon Beacons, or. If you wish a lovely place to spend a lazy day doing nothing, Llanelli nearby has two great shopping areas if you’ve forgotten anything. Probably the best site we’ve visited and we’ve visited a few.

A fabulous, well maintained Adults Only campsite

Gammon, Stuart - 15/05/2024

We chose this site both because it is near where we have relatives, but mainly because it's an Adults Only site part of the Tranquil Parks affiliation. In previous years we had stayed at Pembrey Country Park, but found it increasingly expensive, with unfriendly management. We were not disappointed with SWTP! A great welcome from Hywel who, with his sister Cathrin, runs the campsite. Our pitch was a fully serviced one with masses of space, a picnic table, and a GREAT view. The site facilities - toilets, showers, etc. - are spotless, spacious and well maintained. Ample facilities for half a dozen types of waste recycling too!The site is just under a mile from the Coop in Llangennech from where you can get a bus to Llanelli (every 90 minutes); last bus back is a shade early at 17:15, but was no bother to us. There is also a train service from Llangennech to Swansea (Abertawe) about every 3 hours - the train starts at Shrewsbury; tge Station is another quarter mile or so from the

Response from the owner

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us.We also wish we could install 16amp, however the cost of installing the upgraded power supply to the park is if we spend a fortune on getting 3 phase power to the park. :( So for now its 10amp.See you again soonBest wishesHywel and Cathrin

Please see my full review on Trip Advisor (well with you looking).

Robins, Andrew - 02/05/2024

Please review my entry on The Trip Advisor Platform. This covers a far wider public domain and I've given the park and surrounding area an excellent right up.I thourghly enjoyed my stay, has did my four dogs and can say I was very lucky weather wise also which is always a added bonus.Lovely site with superb facilities and service, I've never been on such a well mainted site before and the toilet proper cotton hand towels for drying your hands is more in keeping with 4 or 5 star hotels.I very much enjoyed my daily walks through both the wooded area and down to Llangennech village, kept the blood pumping but also tired my dogs out, whichMakes it easier for me.Many thanks for letting me and my pets stay. All the best Andy Robins

First class touring site

Williams, Robert - 02/05/2024

Very conveniently sited from the M4 motorway and we'll signed from the main road. The location is ideal for travel to Llanelli, Swansea and Carmarthen and beyond.Hwyl and Catherine are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The whole site I'd beautifully kept and the toilets and showers are the cleanest l've experienced at any campsite to date.I consider it good value for money and a well kept site. There are lots of local attractions in the area, such as the lovely Gower Coast near Swansea, Llanelli beach and Pendine Country Park. Also further afield is Saundersfoot and Tenby, quaint sea side village and town.
