Really great natural holiday place lots of trees and nice atmosphere star gazing is phenomenal at night with Yh pods also have a roof window you can gaze through

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ruthern Valley Holidays. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire site was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and beautifully laid out, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful at all times. Their hospitality really made a difference and made us feel genuinely welcome.Overall, Ruthern Valley Holidays offers excellent value for money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and friendly place to stay.

My wife Sam and I, and Sam's mum decided to have a different Christmas this year. Sam and I had stayed at Ruthern Valley Holidays earlier in the year in a camping pod and loved everything about the site, the location, how quiet it was where you could hear all the birdsong, lovely views and good clean facilities. While we were there we noticed the holiday lodges and knew we would like to go back and stay in a lodge.That formed our idea of a Christmas with a difference. We had a three night stay and again were very impressed with the site and the lodge. It had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy. It was quiet and that suited us perfectly. Sam and her mum did lots of bird watching at the entrance to the site where there are bird feeders.To complete our Christmas with a difference we chose to have pizza for our Christmas meal!! Great friendly staff nothing to much trouble, cleanliness was very good, great for a family brake would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay, really peaceful as we were the only ones camping. Facilities were very nice, showers/toilet block clean and heated. Can’t wait to stay again

A Great Holiday at Ruthern Valley AGAIN

I had a lovely 2 night stay for work in my campervan. It’s a peaceful site and great for star watching. Convenient for Bodmin and surrounding areas.

Amazing stay in the Mega-Pod!Surrounded by trees. 🌳 🌳Owls calling just outside. 🦉Quite, with the sounds of nature. 🌬🍁Warm and cozy. 🕯🛋 🛏Friendly, helpful staff. 😊Decent shower near pod.Great price. 🪵⛺️🤩✨️Will definitely come back to my new favourite place. ❤️

Have stayed here several times and will be returning. Ruthern valley is a peaceful site. It's well maintained and facilities are clean and functional. Owners are accommodating and helpful. Love that it's open all year round. Close to the camel trail which is one of the reasons to we stay here.
