Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool all a short journey away. Many good cafes in Lytham. Bus routes available at Clifton retail park with unlimited parking also the 61 route Blackpool to Preston 300 metres from the site.Greene King restaurants offering inexpensive meals within the area.

Finding Piper heights was like striking gold, we booked for the beginning of October but my husband ended up in hospital so we had to cancel. I called to rebook about a month after I was thinking “this will be their get out clause they won’t honour this now because of the time lapse” absolute opposite I couldn’t of been more wrong they were amazing and when they realised my granddaughter was 8 they put us right near the playground ( I was watching her whilst washing dishes). There is a pub about 15/20 minutes walk lovely food and the cherry on cake …… the bus to Blackpool is just outside the site with a 20 minute ride to Blackpool, £12 for a family of 4

Lovely park, friendly staff, great location..

We stayed here last week, the weather wasn't great but the park facilities were excellent, very clean and tidy and the staff were always on hand if needed. It is a short walk to the bus stop to either Blackpool centre or to Preston and the bus was a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again .

Excellent site. Extra large pitches. Toilet and shower facilities some of the best we have come across. Looking forward to our next visit already.

We stayed with our 2 grandchildren lovely site ,friendly staff toilets and showers are beautiful and clean the heated floor is lovely, we visited the tower circus which I can really recommend for all ages and the pleasure beach .

Site was very clean round pitches Wash shower rooms very clean Was welcomed in the reception area by lovely staff and nothing was a problem Very helpfully Site was lovely and quite perfect for chilling out and relaxing

I was so impressed with just how well set out this touring park is. It is well maintained and immaculate. The facilities were very warm and clean. I would definatley return, it is a short 15 minute bus ride into Blackpool, the bus stop is a five minute walk from the park. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our camper in the grounds for the day we were leaving so we could spend a bit of time in Blackpool.

Arrived and very warmly greeted by a very nice lady receptionist. Everything was fully automated( barriers) which made life so easy. The grounds, pitches services etc were immaculately kept and cleaned to a high standard. The EHU posts neatly hidden behind the dividing hedge and the drainage trap in the correct position. The pitches extremely spacious. If a comment was made it would be the stools in the showers I thought they were a thing of the past and taking a wash bag you had very little space to place your bag and open. A shelf or seat matching would be much better. On leaving again receptionist thanked us for our visit ( some clubs should take note) Otherwise a Perfect site and highly recommendable
