Very friendly welcome as usual. Facilities spotless and the location couldn’t be better. We will return.

On returning to site after being out for tea barriers was locked at 9.30 so had to leave the car and walk back to the caravan in the pitch black I’m sure that is not legal to have a barrier locked on a site not being able to get in or out also the road down was atrocious will not return

Excellent place. Well maintained, clean and safe. Area for adults only available. Grass well maintained and well drained. No wet puddles after rain. Grocery shop at reception. Fire pit rental. Few walks around the area for those who like walking. Free fishing on the river. I think its a fly fishing but not sure. Close distance to the Middleton in Teesdale where are shops and coffee bars.

Fabulous place to stay, huge pitch, excellent facilities and very friendly staff and owner. Hard to look past Leekworth for a really relaxing retreat. We'll be returning many times.

First vista to this nice, friendly site. Slightly on the dear side, plus you have to pay extra for showers, but very friendly and welcoming. Well looked after and clean. Would definitely come back at some point.

Having stayed here before,we knew what to expect. Very clean site,well looked after and maintained.And we will be returning later in year.

Very tidy and well run site. Lovely setting near river with nice walks into Middleton or further afield..

5* clean and friendly siteI suggest having a seat in the shower.Cubicles and a shelf for your soap and shampoo on.And in the winter turn the heating up in the shower blocks.

This was a very well run site in a lovely riverside location. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. It was only a 15 minute walk into Middleton in Teesdale with shops and pubs. I couldn’t fault anything with our stay, and will probably return in the future.
