In addition to the cottages, a 4-star touring site has been purposely designed to cater to all the needs of both couples and families. The touring park boasts 20 fully serviced hard-standing caravan pitches, each equipped with electric, water, and drainage facilities for both foul and grey water. The spacious pitches provide panoramic views of unspoiled countryside, creating an ideal backdrop for a relaxing break away.
State-of-the-art shower and toilet facilities enhance the touring experience, featuring underfloor heating, hand wash basins, and toilets. Families with young children benefit from a dedicated family shower room, ensuring convenience for parents with children under 8 years. Additional amenities include separate washing up facilities, a large fishing lake, a children's outdoor play area, and a laundry room equipped with coin-operated machines, iron, and ironing board.
Jockhedge's strategic location makes it convenient for guests to explore nearby attractions. A short walk away, the centre of Burgh-le-Marsh is home to local shops and award-winning restaurants. Just five miles away, Skegness beckons with its clean, expansive beaches, fun fairs, crazy golf, cafes, and shops. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy excellent courses, while family-friendly attractions like Fairy Dell child's paddling pool area and Natureland seal sanctuary add to the appeal.
For those seeking more thrills, Ingoldmells, also five miles away, hosts Fantasy Island, Europe's largest outdoor market, and Butlins Funcoast World with indoor and outdoor family pools. The long sandy beaches provide a perfect setting for relaxation, making Jockhedge an ideal base for a diverse range of holiday experiences.

Quiet and dainty place to stay very nice surroundings and Jill is has always very helpful
Compact cottage on a car park not dog friendly at all dog on lead at all times not on furniture £30 cash for dog not sure what for? Unable to use hot tub as cannot leave dog unattended another disappointment 20 acres of lovely grounds but dog unable to run or play ball as always on a lead. Care is needed when entering bedroom as door only opens a little way and hits the bed and hit me on the head when it bounced back maybe have a sliding door! Only view from windows were of the cars on the gravel car park only able to sit outside for a cuppa on the seat on footpath outside I could have taken parking money if needed .
I have stayed many times at Jockhedge holiday cottages. They have several, catering from solo traveler to full large family . Always immaculate in presentation with all the usual facilities one would expect. Also a small welcome food pack on your arrival.Just a few short miles from Skegness which can be reached by car or there is a good bus service which will take 20 minutes. Lincoln is just over an hours drive and we'll worth the drive.Karen and her son Liam, the owners really care and will make sure your visit goes without a hitch. Highly recommended...Gerry Martin
Toilet and shower block immaculate site in general very well kept nice walks in area 👍
This is the third time we have stayed at Lavender Cottage and once again we had a Fab Relaxing time.So clean and great value for money. We will be booking again soon as Buddy our dog loved the enclosed garden along with the walks around the lakes and fields. Thanks Jockhedge see you again soonMartin, Tracy and Buddy
We’ve stayed at Jockhedge every year for the last 4 years. Beautiful setting and lovely well equipped cottages. Only 10 minutes from Skegness seafront by car.
We picked this accommodation at short notice as it was dog friendly and a short drive from Skegness. The Hayloft was as described and met our requirements. The only thing missing was some high ball glasses/ tumblers, plenty of small wine glasses and the like but nothing larger, we ended up buying some at the local co-op. They could do with more dog waste bins, we found one at the bottom of the caravan site but perhaps one near the accommodation would be useful. Overall it didn't detract from our stay and we'd certainly return if visiting the area.
Private and secluded site set at the end of a long driveway. First impressions were great but then on pitch, felt a bit let down. The grass could have done with a cut as it had been with other areas of the site.Fully serviced hard standing super pitches but did struggle with the pegs for the awning as the ground was so hard.Shower and toilet facitilies are clean, warm and modern with plenty of hot water.Great fishing. Large, clean pegs but could do with a bin close by.Lovely walks on site for walking the dog. The village isn't too far away. Easily walked within 10-15 minutes. There's a Co-Op, a couple of takeaways, cafe/bakery, fish & chip shop and a number of pubs.
We are returning visitors to JOCKHEDGE touring site and found it a relaxing stay with excellent shower and bathroom facilities, many thanks,
We stayed in the stables cottage, it was a nice size cottage for the 3 of us , it was a nice quiet and relaxing area around the cottage , there was also a lake on the site which was lovely n peaceful place to sit and chill out , the only thing was the cottage was advertised saying it had a hot tub with it , there is a hot tub on site which you can use but you have to put your name and time down to use as its used by other families staying at the surrounding cottages. We would definitely go back as we had a lovely stay.
