Great site, located close to Aviemore centre. You can select the size of pitch on booking which is useful depending on size of motorhome/campervan. There quite a lot of permanent pitches, so can be a little tight for access with cars and vans parked up next to caravans. (Bank holiday weekend). Great clean facilities accessed with proximity card, £10 deposit. Some road noise from the A9 but didn't bother us! Friendly reception staff.

Nothing majorly wrong; facilities clean, convenient location. Quiet by 10pm but road noise starts early and our pitch was close by the road. There is a £10 deposit for the access card to the showers/toilets but if you leave early before reception is open you simply post the card in a box and the deposit is lost. Not a big issue for us but could easily be sorted

This was a good value for money site and suited our purpose just fine. Easy walking distance of town via path at back of site, close to Craigellachie nature reserve. Site close to A9 but the traffic noise blends into the background and mostly silent at night. Shower block amenities fine but could do with a couple of private sink cubicles😊. Staff very helpful….

Fantastic location for Aviemore, with easy access to the cycle paths and a short 10 minute walk into town. The site itself is clean, well maintained, quiet and a very clean toilet block

The restaurant - was Closed Too many static full time vans on site = no site atmosphere

I have used both the motel and campsite facilities on various occasions and continue to be impressed by the cleanliness and value for money.

Great site with nice clean amenities. Not far to walk in to centre of aviemore. Great value for money.

The only bad point is that the wifi is not great and as there is a limited tv signal with out external coax to the sites arial this could be a bit of a pain
