A large and well-organised site, set in stunning scenery in the beautiful Spey valley. The site is easy to find on the north side of town. The staff are very helpful, the site and amenities are very clean. Excellent value for money. The site is on a hillside with superb views of the Cairngorm mountains. The pitches are on very level terraces - we didn't need to use ramps to level our motorhome. It's a 10 minute walk into town for good shopping, pubs and restaurants. We found a fantastic bakery close to the Co-op supermarket. On the south east of town you have the lovely Anagach woods for walks, you can walk down to/along the Spey river to the nearby hamlet of Cromdale and back through the woods. Note that the Super pitches have taps with a 33.3mm thread (Hozelock G1 size) which is an unusual size for camp sites - so make sure you take an adapter of this size (we were able to borrow one from reception - they have a selection of different sized adapters to borrow for the duration).

Lovely site and quiet - although it wasn’t busy. Expect it might be too busy for us in the summer. Motorhome pitches might have been a bit too close if others were pitched next to us. Friendly and helpful staff. The site itself was further out from Grantown than we expected but doable for us. As others have commented, the shower curtains were a bit of a pain. They were necessary because of the design of the shower base - without the curtain a pool of water greeted you after you had showered. Difficult to clean up afterwards. Liked having a wall between cubicles. Great views surrounding the site.

Good facilities,lovely hot showers. Great that it's open all year. Good location for the town and walks from the door

Been coming to this park for 11 years we love the location the stunning scenery and the site. Also the town people are friendly and a lot of the restaurants and pubs are dog friendly, we will be returning again later in the year

We have been to Grantown on Spey before so we know the area and park well.The new English gentleman that showed us to our pitch was very friendly and helpful.Reception staff were friendly as well.Overall a great weekend.

We were very impressed with the campsite, Staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived, they took us to the pitch that we were allocated rather than let us find it for ourselves. The spot we were on was perfect for accessing all utilities. The toilet/shower block was immaculate and kept that way at all times during our 4 night stay. The site is well situated for various lengths of walks in beautiful wooded areas, no need to take the car to find a trail. Information was provided by staff on arrival of the many walks close by, detailing the lengths and approximate times of the walks. Local shops within a short walking distance from the site. An added bonus was the beautiful blue sky and sunny weather for the whole of our stay. The site is dog friendly and kept clean by responsible dog owners.

This is a very clean and well maintained site. The pitches are generous in size and well laid out. All amenities are easily accessible with full service pitches aplenty. The site is dog friendly with lots of walks in the area. The new WiFi is superb.

I stayed at the campsite with my friend for a quick stop over in the area. I was really impressed with the campsite and would absolutely love to come bac with my family for a longer stay. The site is very well managed and clean. The satff were very helpful and informative.

I keep returning to Grantown on Spey: Central Highland location, good facilities & always been friendly and helpful staff. One of the few open year round.
