Fantastic site facilities; showers, toilets, pitches. Really appreciated the late arrival organisation. Great views across the lake. Would highly recommend!

I went to this campsite recently. It was amazing; the bathrooms were clean, and the surroundings were beautiful. There was a lake next to our camp, which was the highlight! Loved it overall.

We stayed 7 nights in late September. The park is easy to access from the main road. There are plenty of toilets and showers and the facilities are kept very clean. It's easy to get to the beach. Very sheltered bay before you enter the main lake which can be quite windy so check before you go out. The town is a few minutes' away but there is a well stocked shop on site. An added bonus for us were the low flying jets a couple of times durin the day. Not intrusive at all. The site was very quiet at night. We will definitely return next year.

id had a spontaneous idea to go camping with a lake and came across glanllyn caravan park and booked straight away, i was not disappointed i had a pitch next to the lake with clear view of the lake and mountains in the background it was perfect, the facilities aswell are outstanding and very clean tidy and maintained, toilets always kept on top of and the showers are just right temperature, theres also little shop at the entrance for little necessities and also fire wood, theres literally nothing i could complain about the place its amazing.

A couple of points. On our arrival at our place to pitch we noticed quite a bit of small "tat" on the grass. Nothing to get worked up over but enough to niggle. When you pitch your tent you like to think of it as your patch for a few nights, the presence of bits of paper, sweet wrappings etc changes this mindset. The only other point concerns the free WiFi, it is so slow. You feel.you are being pushed into signing up for the subscription service. If you provide free WiFi then it should be with proper speeds otherwise it's better simply not to offer it.

A fantastic pitch right on the lake with excellent views and very peaceful.Great, well maintained facilities and all very accessible.Free WiFi was very intermittent and patchy at best, but this should not detract from the excellent staff who made our stay such a pleasure. Book now, you will not be disappointed.
