All pitches come equipped with electric hook-up points, with electricity included in the nightly tariff, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.
A highlight of the park is its modern shower block, which features state-of-the-art facilities. A lovely site, very welcoming staff and excellent on site facilities. Well located for a walk into the centre of Portpatrick with stunning views of Dunskey Castle and the Irish Sea.Added bonus was Galloway Point restaurant a few steps away with great food and a lovely atmosphere,
Location is not for the old and infirm unless you’re driving. This campsite is at the top off the hill at Portpatrick. We were aware as we have stayed there before.Toilets excellent staff excellent very helpful.Had a great weekend.
The staff are excellent, so pleasant they go above an beyond to make your holiday experience as memorable as possible. We have stayed a few times hence the reason we return to Galloway Point.
Stunning holiday park staff brilliant site is very well kept stunning views to Ireland
An amazing holiday... the caravan was so modern, clean and spacious and represented excellent value for money. Everyone was so friendly and the site was quiet and very well maintained and looked after. Easy access to Portpatrick and Dunskey Castle. We filled our week easily and could have done so much more. Highlights included Sandhead and Luce Sands, Port Logan beach, Fish pond and Botanic Gardens, Castle Kennedy, Mull of Galloway experience and our day trip to Belfast. We did venture further afield to Culzean Castle which was excellent too. Everything was within a very easy drive or walkable and we are all ready planning a return visit. Food shopping in Stranraer with big supermarkets and if you drive an electric car excellent rapid charging opposite the Tesco by Ionity we can highly recommend. We travelled as a family of four with two teenagers (17 and 15) and they loved everything about the caravan and holiday area too. It would suit younger children too. Thank you so much
Lovely site for our Motorhome stay for 2 nights at end of August. Fairly steep hill to campsite with Motorhome! Visited Portpatrick. Lovely picturesque coastal village. We cycled down or you can walk on a path from site past a ruined castle. A choice of pubs and restaurants but no fish and chips shop in Portpatrick that we could find? We cycled around the area as well and visited Botanic Gardens and other coastal villages. On site clean good facilities, toilets, showers and inside washing up area and we had lovely hot water. Could do with a stool in the shower cubicles. There is a children's play park and a games room on site too.Good value at £29pn.
Very clean and quiet site located close to Portpatrick views across to Ireland and a nice cliff top walk into Portpatrick where there are several bars and restaurants. Several local attractions in the area port Logan botanical gardens is our favourite.
Great Facilities and location,frendly staff.
Everything was great. The only slight issue was access to the toilet block was a little further away from camping area. But not a massive problem. Just some steps down from the camp area would be good.
A lively site with great facilities. On arrival we had been Llocated a hardstanding pitch near the toilets etc but we were offered another pitch with views of the coast which we accepted. Decent sized pitch and a 15 minute walk along the coastal path into the pretty village of Portpatrick.Stayed 4 nights and had a great time. May come again but its a fair jaunt for us from Thornton-Cleveleys (near Blackpool).
