The touring season at Galloway Point runs from March to October, offering a mix of hardstanding and grassed pitches that command stunning views across the Irish Sea. All pitches come equipped with electric hook-up points, with electricity included in the nightly tariff, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.
A highlight of the park is its modern shower block, which features state-of-the-art facilities. The commitment to providing a comfortable experience extends to practical amenities like a separate dishwashing area and a launderette, complete with automatic coin-operated machines, dryers, and ironing facilities for the convenience of all guests.
Galloway Point Holiday Park goes beyond just camping facilities; it also offers a range of rental accommodations, including holiday homes and chalet pods. We've stayed in Galloway Point several times. It's a great final stop on our return to Northern Ireland from Scotland, also an ideal base to visit beautiful Portpatrick and the beautiful Ayrshire and Galloway coast.Motorhome pitches have the most spectacular views over the sea.Facilities spotlessly clean, the campsite in general is beautifully maintained.Friendly, helpful staff.... couldn't ask for anything better!
Just back from a fabulous week at Galloway Point, The weather was great and we enjoyed lots of walks with our Collie Tasha, The site was kept very neat and tidy by the staff, Toilets and showers always clean with very hot water. Early season so fairly quiet There is a children's play area and an amusements room on site. I saw my first wild Adder on a walk down the old railway cutting in to Portpatrick and there a Deer, Hares and rabbits around. Handy for a trip in to Stranraer if you need shopping.
Great park very clean shower/ toilets staff should be proud of there work and help , toilets waste for motorhomes could be closer to motorhome site as evin though toilets on site some people need to use there own motorhome toilets but waste desosal very far away . But great we site

We had to phone the site as we were running late due to problems with our motorhome, staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We managed to get a key for the toilet/shower block. Very clean and tidy 10/10. Thank you again.
The site was in a beautiful position and we had wonderful views from our motor home. An easy scenic walk into Portpatrick Facilities very clean but a bit of a walk from where we were parked
