A very relaxing park, beautifully kept. Quiet location.Accommodation was first class and suited our needs and that of our Labradors!Staff very helpful and engaging as was other site users

This is our second stay as Whitecairns. Had a wonderful stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We were staying next to the warden who gave us great advice on where to visit and popped in to show us how everything worked. The lodge was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Loved the hot tub and the out door area which has table and chairs for the 6 of us, which allowed us to eat outside. Whitecairns is a beautiful site, quiet, peaceful and really well maintained.The area has lots of great places to visit and we went to the beach Sandhead recommended by the warden where we were able to swim as the weather was great. All in all a wonderful experience and great value for money. Will definitely be back again !! 🤩

We stayed in Aviemore lodge which was right at reception so very handy. The lodge was lovely, clean and spacious. Hot tub was great, looking on to a field with sheep, with being an animal lover was fantastic. We decided to go for the afternoon tea option that was being offered and it was amazing and well worth the money. Adrian the warden was so helpful showing us how everything worked and a very nice and pleasant guy. Overall it was a great weekend and would definitely return

This site is immaculate and the staff can’t do enough for you. We have been coming here since 2021 and will definitely be back. There is so much to explore and do in the area. A bonus is the superb afternoon tea - delicious. The holiday here is so relaxing …looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I visit Whitecairns holiday park every year. We have been regular visitors for the last 5 years . The staff are amazing they are always friendly and welcoming. The park is beautifully kept. The caravans are immaculately clean with everything you could need for a lovely break. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this park as it offers everything we could want for a lovely holiday.

The lodge in itself was excellent, it was modern with every mod con, and was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the only let down is there were no facilities in or near the park. The local village had literally nothing in it other than a very small convenience store other than that you had a 20 minute drive each way to Stranraer for your nearest shop or 25 minutes each way in the other direction to Newton Stewart. If the park at least had a little shop or clubhouse the experience would have been so much better and we would definitely come back. The isolation was the only thing that let it down. It’s a very well kept park and nice and quiet but if you have small children or teenagers there’s not much to do as Wi-Fi was patchy too. If you’re looking to completely get away from it all and don’t mind being off the beaten track then this may be the place for you. Beautiful place and surroundings just wish there was a bit more to do, sorry.

Lovely, well kept holiday park in a tranquil countryside setting. Staff are friendly, professional and happy to assist with any queries. Stayed in a lovely caravan - brand new with all mod cons. Will happily return soon :)

Arrived after 3 pm, lodge was very clean, Hot tub was already warm awaiting our arrival. Basic necessities were provided, eg, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets. The weather wasnt up to much, but having the hot tub in the rain was just as good.Very tranquil place, no noise apart from the cows and sheep surrounding the site.Would definitely return again, and would highly recommend to other to book here.
