10 out of 10 such a beautiful site wr wish we had stayed for longer but will definitely come back lovely for family's to lovely play park
Long time since I was last at Dungannon. Good to be back but at $35 it is the most expensive of all sites.
Very clean well looked after staff very helpful frendly no issues.
We loved this campsite, the only thing was one of the nights we stayed there was youths drinking out over the bushes, it would make you uncomfortable incase they started messing around the campers and that. I couldn’t sleep until they were gone.We didn’t see any cameras up around or no security was going around at night . Now thank god they didn’t cause trouble. There was people in a Dutch camper next to us that wanted to get out and clear them away because he had 2 kids in his camper , but we told him thank good you didn’t because it would cause way to much trouble, he’d only draw them in us. Put up some cameras and have someone just drive through to check on the place at night .
We stayed for 2 nights in a tent with no EHU. It is a lovely quiet park and very restful with great walks. Facilities are also good and very clean and an added bonus of being secure with keycard access. Cafe onsite too which was a nice surprise.
Great site, apart from all camping facilities such as showers bins black waste are located within the public area. You have to carry your black waste past the playground and then empty it within the disposal area which is in the public area. There is no drive over gray waste grid so a bucket on you pitch into the pitch drain is the only way to empty it. I also found that I could not attach my fresh water hose to the on pitch tap due to no room to connect the hose at the tap end. The staff are all fantastic and dispite the issues I have mentioned we had a lovely time. Thank You Mid Ulster Council.
Our first time visiting here. Such beautiful surroundings, great play park, modern facilities, friendly staff and great coffee. Can't wait to get back again.
