This is a very convenient site for visiting Belfast. Bus routes nearby or alternatively you can cycle in along the Comber Greenway direct to the Titanic Quarter where there is a secure bike dock. The site is clean and tidy with very spacious pitches. There are restaurants nearby. Yes you can hear the traffic a little but it didn't disturb us. Would definitely recommend.
The location was very good. Nice activities in the area and bus to Belfast centre nearby.Facilities were clean and spacious. Electricity worked without problems, gate system worked well also
Site well suited to a family stay. Clean and well kept. Met our expectations and was everything we needed. Convenient to travel out from. Gates and fencing made it feel secure.
Great for touring
We arrived and were unable to gain access as code didn’t work we tryed phoning number for warden to no avail then tryed ringing Ice bowl again 3 times we were put on hold 3 times for over 20 mins each time eventually another camper was leaving and let us in with their code My husband walked around to the ice bowl and was given an emergency code The whole expirience left us very annoyed as we had wasted the time we had planned to go to Titanic quarter with friends but they had to go ahead and we ended up having to get a a taxi to SSE for the Concert we were going to So overall we didn’t have a good experience
Dundonald Caravan park is a little gem so close to all you would need. Plenty of nice places to eat just next door. We will be back
Good quiet well located site. Toilets could do with an upgrade.
Automated entry site (no staff) but everything worked well and it felt secure. Decent showers and loos and well equipped campers kitchen. Site is on the greenway - easy cycle into city centre or Titanic quarter. Cinema and restaurants a 5 minute walk away
