quite a decent site with a kitchen with fridge microwave toaster kettle and dish wash facilities. Toilets were clean but shower tiles need regrouping. Overall enjoyed our stay abd would return

Location great, Could be cleaner.

Boyce, Colin - 24/09/2022

The location is great for visiting Belfast local facilities are nice the cinema restaurants and the ice ring in the tenpin bowling all within easy breaching. All the main facilities are on your pitch. The only thing I will complain about is the basic cleanliness. The shower and toilet facilities areExactly what you need however they could do with a deep clean it wouldn't take much to clean them to a acceptable standard. Maybe if you got some experience cleaners in instead of young boys.

Central to tour around and basics

Hetherington, Theresa - 24/09/2022

It was very basic but to be honest it was fine for us in our camper van. There’s a shower, ladies and mens toilets. Indoor kitchen area, kettle for hot water. Electricity supplied. The views are amazing and the owner is a lovely guy. His son is cute as well! It’s a perfect base to go to Belfast, giants causeway or other way Derry, port Stewart. Only thing is kitchen could do with microwave or something for those in tents (we weren’t those but after other sites that provided these it’s a good thing to get more campers in)

One night stopover

Steele, Aaron - 23/09/2022

Really good location and handy to Belfast as it has the greenway path all the way into the city. It really needs a park - swing and slide at least for kids.

One night stopover before catching ferry from Belfast.

Nuttall, Phillip - 22/09/2022

Positives,Safe secure site, easy access, pleasant surrounding. Good communication eg gate code etc. Water, electric and grey waste all on pitch site.Camp kitchen good idea.Plenty local eating places nearby plus shop. Tourist info on site with supervision.Felt central to lots of tourist attractions.Negatives, toilet /shower block though generally clean needed attention particular shower cubicals a bit grimy and soap scum marks meant we didn't shower in the morning. It didn't feel clean. Also broken shower handset. This let it down.

Excellent spot for visiting Belfast city

Somers, Michael - 21/09/2022

It was evening when we arrived so we had no idea of where to get the bus or what number bus to get . It would help if this was posted up or on the web site . Other than that the site was spotless and well maintained. Will def be back for the Xmas markets in Belfast .

Ok for a brief stop

French, Michelle - 20/09/2022

Online, this site looks fairly big and quiet. In reality it’s very small and you’re in between a private housing estate and a very busy noisy road. It’s also surrounded by huge metal fences and gates which makes it feel a bit like a prison camp.I was woken up on both nights I stayed there by boy racers racing and reving their engines as the park itself is right next to large un-policed areas such as an underpass for pedestrians and cars going in and out of the local ice bowl, crazy golf and restaurants

I stayed there to get the ferry from Larne. Everything needed was there, clean and great value. But you can just check in online, not in person.

Good facilities but showers could do with an upgrade. What I would have.liked was information on public transport in a noticeboard at the site office.
