Disappointing communucation

Bell, Heather - 17/02/2024

I recently cancelled our family’s two night stay because of very sick children. No one from the caravan site phoned or emailed to acknowledge my communication via their requested platform (did no one notice that our caravan failed to turn up - could they not have phoned even out of courtesy?). Then I was sent a message thanking me for my stay? Very poor communication. (And I did communicate through the official channels)

Reasonable price out of season a bit pricey otherwise. Site kept clean easy access good size pitch. A little noise from the road. The booking site needs a look at you have to enter your details only when finishing off you login to your account. You can not add a extra day to a booking made. We booked 2 nights but had to stay extra night under my account i could not book. My wife had to setup a account and book the extra day.
