It's a lovely site very clean and lighting very good at night. The noise from road traffic is very loud but goes quieter at night. Great restaurants around and easy to get bus into the city.
Arrived in after noon to queue waiting to enter park. Gate code not working. Waited but helpful staff phoned for assistance. Next problem, water tap frozen, however again staff helpful and moved to another site. Toilet block not open during our winter stay. Park convenient to public transport and beautiful walks.Good location in summer months.
Very satisfied with location and amenities so close.
Stayed for the Rugby game and this Park was an excellent base for us … clean, tidy and well run .. lots of other campers around considering time of year. Also very secure. Thank you
Love Dundonald caravan park. So convenient for visiting the city with bus route at top of the road. Also plenty to do at the Ice Bowl for adults and children alike, and plenty of food outlets nearby
We understoof that it was an aire de service standard level but if the toilet block was accessable it would have been better.
This park was very accessible and easy to find. the only Disadvantage to it is getting into the city. the bus comes every 20 mins but it takes about 25-30 mins to reach city centre with heavy traffic and stops. we where disappointed the toilet & shower facilities where closed for the winter. we rang but was told we could use facilities in the ice-bowl. If we knew this before I don't think I would of booked this park at this time. Other than that park was nice and quiet. Not sure if I would use during the winter again due to no toilet facilities.
Located close to Dundonald Ice Rink, this touring caravan park is ideally located for exploring Belfast. Bus into City leaves quarter to the hour every hour. £3.50 return. Excellent eating establishments close by too..Definitely recommend. We went out of season (Dec). £15 per night. No showers available, but electric hookup and water//toilet disposal.
Booked this site for our first ever overnight stay in our motorhome. Was pleasantly surprised at the site. It was full but it didn't look cramped. Will definitely be back when all facilities are available.
