Set in mature woodland, Cushendun Holiday Park is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village which has a shop, café, restaurant, pubs and a small harbour.
Being situated on the edge of Cushendun village, conserved under the ownership of the National Trust, makes this park one of the most tranquil and relaxing places to stay along the renowned Causeway Coastal Route.
The park is an excellent base from which to explore the Glens of Antrim and the Causeway Coastal Route, as well as the scenic drive along the Torr Road which boasts views across to the Scottish coastline and Rathlin Island (please note this route is unsuitable for caravans). Cushendun Caves on the eastern side of the village is one of the many popular Game of Thrones ® film locations throughout Northern Ireland.
This family friendly park offers a variety of provision for touring caravans, motorhomes, tents and the hire of camping cabins with excellent on-site facilities available.
We have a selection of hardstanding pitches suitable for touring caravans and motorhomes, which have space for an awning.

A fantastic location, the log cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but it staying longer, we'd probably need access to showers. We'll definitely be returning. We all loved it and everyone was very welcoming.
The site at Cushendun never disappoints, I've been staying there for years. The on-site warden Amanda does a great job, the site is well kept and facilities are good and spotless. It's great to stay so close to the beach, shop, bar and cafe.We did notice however that there seems to be a problem with the electric hook up on site 10. It burnt out our electric cable and also burnt a spare cable (brand new) that we were able to borrow from our friends.
Lovely park very well maintained and facilities excellent the park warden very helpful and friendly Lovely walls nearby have stayed here a few times and looking forward to our next trip would highly recommend
Have returned many times. Beautiful site, you can hear the sea at night Very well run, good pitches with water and EHU at every pitch. Kept really well and beautifully managed. Short walk into village and we even got to visit an art exhibition at the BIG house.
We have stayed a few times now. The pods are clean and well equipped with a kettle, sink, microwave and fridge. The loo means no treks to the toilet block in the middle of the night! The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the pod was toasty warm. The staff are friendly and welcoming and keep the site tidy. The beach and village are a few minutes walk away and it's a great place to relax for a few days.
A quiet, clean and tidy park. Water, hookup, and pitch good, the latter with plenty of space. Entry barrier codes on booking didn't work and warden didn't respond to call.Toilet block clean - but very cold. A bit surprised to have to pay for the showers (£1 for 10 minutes which was fine; water flow though a bit frugal). Washing up sinks (2 off) back breakingly deep! More seriously though, the hot water is extremely hot; a mixer tap rather than two separate ones would be more practical and safer. There must be bins somewhere, but the only ones I could find were in the toilets. It's fair to say, Cushendun at this time of year is very quiet; no pubs open and one (good) cafe open only at lunch time.Impossible to get a taxi (we had booked an eatery for the early evening but had to cancel). There is a bus service to Cushendall and Ballycastle, but infrequent.A good peaceful site with a number of walks and adjacent beach. Probably livlier later if the season.
Lovely site with very welcoming and helpful staff who made sure everything was spot on fort me. Site and facilities were excellent and spotless. Great site in a superb location.
We stayed on one of the motorhome/ caravan pitches. Each has own water and ehu. Pitches are good size although did feel a bit hemmed in as they are located in one corner of the park.Park is largely statics, with some pods. Nice location near village and beach. Small shop and pub within walking distance.Park Facility block is well equipped including a library and washing facilities. £1 extra for showers.
Ideal location, great for beach and dog walks. Convenient for cafe/pub/shop. Great food in pub.
Really enjoyed our stay. Would return for a longer stay. Amanda really made us very welcome and was the perfect host.
