A lovely place to stay and very family oriented

An excellent stay at this holiday park. The staff are brilliant and so friendly and fix any issues within mins. For example the Internet stopped working and they sent someone out at 8.00 pm to fix it for all our block of apartments on st paddy's day to I might add when lots of places would of just left it until the morning as it wasn't really an emergency. The place was spotlessly clean. With a liitle shop and arcade for kids. The only bad thing I can say is that some of the children who's family obviously own a caravan here can be cheeky to staff and made pests of themselves a few times nearly hitting cars with bikes, knocking on doors and running away etc but this I don't feel is the parks fault.

Lovely place. Parking was super handy, staff were friendly enough, apartment was clean, only thing I will say , it was very cold our first night. Trying to get everyone heated up was hard. We had no towels , tv was terrible , 3 channels. Were my family was staying above and she had YouTube and stuff to entertain her children. And they had towels. We shop is handy. We visited for st Patrick’s day, it was great , we walked down into the town, got lovely buns in a great we bakery, got lunch day 2 in a we cafe which was great and very reasonably priced. The beach is beautiful.

Good site ,clean Would suggest in showers a bench be installed so sponge, soap , etc can be at easy level , found it hard bending up and down .Also where the toilet block is located a more permanent surface , hard pulling cassette from touring van to empty bover the grass Short distance to ballycastle and Portrush

We had an excellent stay overall. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very accommodating, which made our experience even more enjoyable.We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was well maintained and very clean. The welcome drink—a bottle of champagne—was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Our kids were especially excited about the bunk beds, as they each had their own single bed.As it is a self-catering apartment, I brought some of my own kitchen essentials, which worked well for our stay. Although the weather was not very good during our visit, it did not take away from the overall experience.There are just a few areas for improvement. The apartment felt quite cold, even with the heating on. The spinning mop was broken and couldn’t be used. While basic toiletries were provided, they were almost empty. Additionally, the bed sheets were torn at the side.Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

We have visited this park around twice a year for last five years. We always stay in an apartment with hot tub. Apartments are spacious and kitted out with everything you need as a family for self catering break. The facilities on campsite are fabulous. Site always spotless. My boys enjoy the pool and slide aswell as the hot tub. The hot tubs are well maintained and looked after. The staff ensure they are all clean etc twice dailyThe entertainment in the Gawn inn while we were there was fantastic, country night, bingo and elvis all brilliant. Staff are always friendly, park is quiet at night time too. Another lovely stay and we will back over Halloween break

Clean , spacious & a welcoming site. Toured for the weekend and it did not disappoint. Bar / restaurant, music and entertainment was great. Kids loved the arcade. Swimming pool was the highlight ✨️ We will be back, definitely and the views are stunning 👍

Great stay at the apartments very clean and tidy . All equipment you need . Very comfortable would recommend to everyone

I stayed in causeway coast apartments have to say was pleasantly surprised how modern they were , recently refurbished ,spaciious , clean and importantly because it was winter very warm and cosy, got a really cheap deal and have booked again for next month, staff are great and thanks to Mickey fixed a wee problem late at night, well 👍

The site was good ,great amenities on it .The staff were pleasent and helpful.The english maintance man ie l cant remember his name was great helping me getting my gas cupboard opened on my van ,nothing was a bother to him .Thanks Sarah
