good well run site with friendly very helpful staff. Good value for money pitches for motorhome large with water and waste water at the pitch makes it easier for getting set up. Toilets and showers on site very clean and maintained (however £1 to use advertised at 50 pence). got every thing on site you need for camping.The downside to the site is there is a chip shop as you enter site which was not open for the 3 nights we were there and a restaurant just over the road The Tides which served good food but expensive. The biggest drawback is that it is a very long walk into Port Rush town (about 3/4 to an Hour ) in the rain and cold not pleasant and for that reason would only stay in future for 1 x night as a stopover, site was very good though with good facilities.

Really enjoyed another two night stay at Carrick Dhu. Facilities are excellent and one of the best parks in the country. Special mention for Trevor, the warden is always so helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great site . Friendly staff. Very clean amenities. Good location.

Carrrick Dhu is a super location for time on the North Coast. The site is well laid out with extremely spacious and very clean facilities. A play park with reasonably easy access from the Touring pitches. The walk to Portrush is about 10 minutes along a lovely coastal path. We will definitely be back.

My wife and myself have been using the Carrick Dhu facilities for more than 30years mostly on Northwest 200 motorcycle race week in our caravan. Your onsite chip shop is hard to beat nice to give the cooker a rest. Tides Restaurant even handier (to handy). Not to forget the shopping in Portrush/Port Stewart/Coleraine. All so handy to the Carrick Dhu campsite. Now that I am retired we intend to use our caravan more Carrick Dhu hopefully will be heigh on our bucket list. Thankyou all for another pleasant stay at this beautiful site. Also big thankyou to all the staff the workers who are In the background who don't get a mention Thankyou. Alan /Alma Pollock

Very modern shower and toilet facilities, spotless. Park for kids

Brilliant stay as always. Facilities are the best and site is kept very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is kids kicking balls around vans when there is a field to play in. Maybe some signs up to say no ball games
