Excellent pitch, quiet. Pool was closed for maintenance for 2 days but when opened was lovely.

All amenities very good, nice location, lots of places to visit, value for money good,.We have stayed at this holiday park before this shows it is excellent

We have stayed here about four times and the high standard has always been the same. The facilities are clean and the pitches are generous and the owners are welcoming and friendly and can't do enough to ensure you have a great time. The food in the restaurant is excellent and perfect for families. There is a good play park for children and the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool.The location is perfect for exploring the area and Cheddar is a charming town and is great for shopping.I can really recommend this campsite for families and couples.

The site was clean, quite small. Our pitch was a good size. Bar needed more staff as service was slow. Swimming pool times were limited - closed at 5 reopen next day at 10 (but need to depart the site by 11am) so only saw it, small but guess it does the job. Showers were good. Nowhere suitable to walk dogs direct from site.

Had 12 lovely days then on the Friday groups moved in lodges and caravans across park. Noise until 12.40 am. Kicking ball in dark using phones as torches. Playing woth a football and cricket bat hitting cars and seasonal caravans. Had to get up both nights in early hours hose pipe off tap hadn't happened before. I counted at least 19 kids varying from kids to teenagers.

A clean and very Friendly campsite situated in the perfect location for what we had planned in the area.

Handstand pitches were awful. Full of weeds and brambles. Very embarrassing because I invited friends along and really thought this was a nice campsite. I would never book again. We were a party of 12 campers and all thought this place was awful. Bar staff and reception were lovely. I personally had to cut back the brambles and pull up weeds. Shame on you Bucklegrove.

Great little campsite, well situated near Cheddar, Wells and Bath. Facilities were clean, perhaps a little dated but there was everything you'd need. Restaurant/bar was a fantastic feature, staff very friendly. There is a pool, looked great but can't really comment as didn't use. Would recommend and return

Accommodation very probably the cleanest had stayed in specially as it was a pet friendly caravan, so well done to all your hard work.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much in way of facilities but everything thing was on site for a base for seeing surrounding area.

Nice helpful reception and tidy looking park. Lodge nicely situated in elevated position with pleasant distant views. Comfortably furnished and nice balcony. Could have done with coat hooks on back of bedroom and bathroom doors, and ourselves being elderly safety grab rails in the bath/shower. Problem with the oven but fortunately park staff readily available by mobile phone were very helpful. Enjoyed our weeks stay with good weather. City of Wells very interesting in Bishops Palace garden. Also Cheddar Gorge. Nearby Hilliers garden centre a good place for meals. Long way to get to Weston Super Mare but very busy there better down at Burnham on Sea. Overall pleased we came to Bucklegrove.
